Wonderful experience! We enjoyed an appetizer of whipped ricotta with crostini. The entrées of salmon, pasta, and halibut were fantastic. The food portions were generous and ingredients are high quality. The wine was perfect with a great selection – something for everyone and we also enjoyed a vodka cocktail. All of the staff were friendly, welcoming and eager to please. Highly recommend!

Had the Roman Rigatoni…the sauce was just right, not too sweet, not too red. And the rigatoni were done perfectly. Flexible without being mushy. And added 2 meatballs. We had the red wine sampler and enjoyed all four, but the house red really stood out.

What a beautiful bright yet elegant space! It sets the tone for the friendly staff, great service and amazing food. Portions are large, so plan accordingly!
We had the pear salad which was delicious and unique, the meatball appetizer which was way more food than expected and salmon dinner which was delicious. Looking forward to our next trip there!

I had the pleasure of dining at La Vigneta last evening with my family. Collectively, we ordered calamari and fried shrimp, New York strip steaks, halibut, salmon, and a pizza. The food was amazing! We appreciated that it was all cooked to perfection, garnished nicely, and they use many fresh ingredients and herbs. The service was great and their new location is beautiful! I look forward to many lunches with girlfriends and family dinners at La Vigneta.

We went for their grand opening tonight and the food was absolutely delicious! I couldn’t believe how beautiful the interior was as well. You can definitely tell that the owners are pouring their soul into this place. I can’t wait to have many more dinners here. Congratulations on what I would call a successful grand opening!

Good service, food and wine at fair prices. They also have beer and cocktails if you’re not a wine person. The owners did a great job with the renovations of the old Cooper Station Restaurant. Sarver has needed something like this for a long time! I look forward to a bright future for this place.

Happy to discover La Vigneta last night! The salmon entree was prepared perfectly and the risotto was delicious and the best I’ve tasted. I enjoyed the zucchini blanks appetizer. While most restaurants are closed on Monday, La Vigneta is open. I will be back and introduce my friends to LV.

We had an amazing dinner here! Everything was absolutely delicious! Tracey was an incredible server that cared for our needs and made this a personal experience with every need met. She began by asking if we would like a complimentary cup of hot tea or coffee. We shared the meatball and Caesar salad. We also shared a bottle of the Limonata wine, which was an amazing compliment to the meal! Tracey brought us several samples of other wines to make sure we picked one that we liked. We each had the Gemelli pasta with a pesto sauce. I highly recommend this too!
We finished off the meal with a piece of very rich creamy cheesecake that had been properly prepared without too much sugar.
Tracey boxed our leftovers at the table, a sign of a truly classy restaurant with great service. The manager checked on us during the meal as well.
I could go on and on but suffice to say I can’t find a single improvement that I’d recommend.

My husband and I went on Thursday and absolutely loved it. The food was delicious! I had the Caesar salad with grilled chicken and highly recommend it, you can really tell the chef puts love into the food. My husband ordered a pizza and it was amazing. The portions were very generous, so we had leftovers, and it was still great the next day (even microwaved, which says a lot!).
The prices are very reasonable for how much food you get. We also tried the chocolate cake for dessert and it was so good. Overall, we were very impressed. For a newly opened restaurant, they really have everything together. Definitely a 10/10. We’ll be back!

The food was delicious! The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The owners visited during dinner and were delightful! Im so happy to have this new venture in Sarver!
