The location is fantastic, right in the center court area of Fair Oaks Mall, and the service was impressively quick, with my coffee ready in no time. I noticed that a table right in front of the stall was a bit unclean, and I took a moment to tidy it up before sitting down.

I tried the Italian gelato and it was absolutely delicious! The chocolate flavor was rich and creamy, not too sweet, just perfect. You can really taste the quality in every bite. A truly awesome treat. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!

I would like to start off with the service. The service was just amazing, they were super nice especially one of the workers named kaycee. They were super quick with my order, and the coffee was absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend this place. the location is super nice, because its in the middle of the mall.

Stood there while one girl pour into the Gelato machines and the other guy slowly filled to cups of Gelato for a customer. Then they proceed to ignore me waiting in line. I wonder why? But I wasn’t going to wait.

Gelato was ok but way overpriced. The large was two scoops in a small cup. Unreal level of stingy. The staff wasn’t very friendly either but whatever. Won’t be patronizing this store again.
