I usually don’t write reviews, but I’ve had too many bad experiences at this Dunkin’. Some of the staff are very rude and disrespectful to customers. When people come to Dunkin’, they just want a coffee and a good start to their day. If someone doesn’t want to treat customers with respect, they shouldn’t be working there. Dunkin’ really needs to talk to the staff about customer service, because this behavior is not okay.

Waited 30 mins for an iced coffee didnt seem like it was going to be made anytime soon considering the customer who ordered AFTER me got their coffee before me I asked for a refund, got attitude, told me they couldnt do refunds, finally got my coffee just for it to be wrong. Dont waste your money here.

This Dunkin’ is seriously the worse location for service in the area. I’d go to West Center St if you want a simple good morning. Food is mid and usually incorrect as well.

I asked this lazy brunette for ONE coffee roll. ONE coffee roll in the drive through and claimed they didn’t have any after literally telling me that I can have it but not heated up. I walked inside and guess what I saw? Five coffee rolls lined up on the rack… my mom asked for a cold foam coffee and she quite literally didn’t get the cold foam. This place sucks and so does the workers attitude and demeanor.

This place is awful constantly messing up orders and rude especially the assistant manager. She stated for me to pull up and park and she would bring my food order out which consisted of two bagels toasted with cream cheese and one wake up route and I waited about 10 minutes and I realized nobody was in the drive up. I walked inside nobody was inside either and she was just standing there She forgot to bring out my food and didn’t even apologize, unreal.

30 minute wait for a sandwich (no napkins) and a burnt coffee. Obviously they aren’t training workers the right way. Do they no longer know how to run a coffee shop? For the amount I pay in this economy I would hope they would treat the customer a bit better, giving decent food! Guess the manager doesn’t care.
