Been here multiple times and each is a wonderful tasting experience. After visiting Naples, Italy and developing a love of Neopolitan pizza, this is the best local and authentically Italian food spot we’ve visited. Tried various pizzas but our favorite is the classic margarita pizza, ravioli, eggplant parmesan, and lasagna equally delicious. The seasonal ravioli served with sage and oil…yum! Highly recommended if you’re seeking an authentic Italian food experience.

Service: The owners are genuine and friendly. We’ve enjoying exchanging stories of our visits and experiences in Italy.

The small dining area is cozy and welcoming, encouraging connection with fellow diners (if one is so inclined). Games on the table are also available as you await your food (made to order!).

One of the best Italian fare I’ve had in a really long time. The ingredients feels so fresh and the after taste and feeling after you finish your meals actually tells you the quality of the food you eat. And this place is just perfect at all fronts. Pizzas are large and ample, sauces are so original and the tiramisu is so bulky and huge portioned and to die for!

Amazing ambience and some fun board games to keep you busy as you wait for the food.

Love the people here. Order the food at the counter and find your spot and you’ll be served well!

The only thing that’s disappointing about this place is that I want to eat ALL the dishes here. Exquisite pasta, expertly made, truly Italian. I would suggest ignoring the reviews from people complaining – they obviously don’t understand that lasagna from scratch takes hours so yes, your pasta will be reheated if you order lasagna. However, if you order the ravioli or the fettuccini you will receive a deceptively filling, flavorful, authentic dish that tastes like it was made with love. Forgive the picture, we dug in before the food got cold and forgot to take a shot beforehand.

Also if you like Italian Christmas desserts, snag one of their Pandoro or Limonce before they sell out!

We are from out of town but will make a trip here the next time we visit the area!

I really wanted to love this place. The town and restaurant are nice. The pizza was fine but omg the lasagna was a disaster. As soon as they placed it on our table my wife and I looked at each other in disbelief. With these reviews I thought anything we ordered would be good. I am not over exaggerating, stouffers lasagna is far and away better than this.

Noticed this was rated as one of the best Italian restaurants in the Willamette Valley and rightfully so!! It’s such a hidden gem and believe it’s family run. SO worth trying if you get the chance. The Fettucine “Allá Trapanese” was truly some of the best pasta I’ve had in my entire life. Next time I’m by Silverton I will definitely be coming here again. Thank you!!

My financial institutions have sent me a thank you card for living in Salem and that this establishment is not down the road from me, or within a 5 min drive. Silverton has a diamond value restaurant. Came in and ordered the “Spring” focaccia sandwich, two drinks from the fridge up front, a margherita pizza in the Neapolitan style and one scoop each of gelato for my wife and I. Didn’t get photos of the gelato, but it was wonderful, I got mint and my wife got stracciatella. The sandwich I was concerned about, the bread that came out just looked like a fluffy big loaf, and maybe not focaccia, but I can assure you this is focaccia sandwich bread that is what most places wish they could make! Looks too big for a full bite, but the second you go for it, the pillowy soft bread, with the taste of olive oil, salt, and simplicity, was everything I ever wanted out of the sandwich with burrata, arugula, prosciutto di parma and balsamic. It was sooo good. The pizza is great and was absolutely the Neapolitan pizza of someone’s dreams, sauce that is a great amount, not too little – not obnoxious, and crust that makes me reminisce of Italy and the beautiful people, culture and ultimately, the world changing food. It genuinely made me think of all of these things and just remember, that simplicity is the ultimate indulgence. WOW this place!

The minestrone soup is so delicious… it is their special recipe and it’s full of tasty vegetables, beans and rich broth. You have to try it.

Their other dishes are wonderful too… authentic Italian cuisine right here in Silverton! Check them out.

Wow!! Absolutely the best Italian bread I’ve ever had! I had the burrata white pizza with mortadella and my husband had the Caprese focaccia sandwich. Both were excellent. The pizza crust had exactly enough bite without being chewy or dry. Took home tiramisu for dessert later.

The Food was amazing, the forceccia sandwich was the best thing ever, there is multiple options but we got the classic and it was soooooo good, I would come back to oregon just for the sandwich. The lasagna was alright but i liked it. The desert was also just amazing, the gelato was great but the tiramisu was even better. The service was great and really nice. The atmosphere was also amazing and it was authentic italian food.

We were expecting great things from the pictures and the description. What we got was Inedible lasagna. It looked like it had been made over a week ago. It had been microwaved so it was hot on the outside and cold on the inside. The squash and Gorgonzola ravioli was ok. The margarita pizza was undercooked. Good atmosphere with games, but we won’t be going again. So sad. Wish I had a photo of that lasagna, ugh.
