Reviews
Just an average sandwich with nothing special about it.
The tables seemed that they were JUST big enough to fit two sandwiches and nothing more… talk about an intimate dining situation
The staff were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. I opted to give my order to them directly vs the kiosks, due to inability to customize my order on the kiosks. Both of the young workers were friendly and patient with me as I informed them of my preferences. All smiles and friendly vibes. This was a Wednesday evening.
Food:
You get what you order, so be specific if you have specific desires. The quality has always been consistently good at any given Togos. This particular visit, my sandwich was made exactly how I asked and I was very happy when I was done eating.
Inside:
As the light aroma of hot pastrami greets the nose, one might notice it is very clean upon entry. Well lit. Plenty of tables to dine in. A restroom for customers (the only part of this Togo’s that I noticed to be not so clean or aesthetically pleasing).
Outside:
Located in an outdoor strip mall. Parking is plentiful and fairly easy to get a close spot to the restaurant. A Yogurt Land is next door and it appears that the two restaurants provide outdoor seating together. This area of the mall looked well kept and loved by locals.
I really just don’t want to repeat this sad experience. Used to be good; now, it definitely is not. Not at all.
Update: the owner replied saying “the bread is fresh daily” but if that is what they’re calling fresh, they’ve lost their critical senses, and/or they’ve given up on trying to manage their supply chain. It used to be different. I’ve patronized this location for over 20 years with multiple owners and I can definitely say “bread freshness/quality has gone downhill”. Order a sandwich from Seabright Deli and compare the bread quality.
Do you want onions and pickles on that?
I answered.
I want the onions please but instead of the pickles I’d like pepperocini please.
Ok.
Then I paid.
Pickles only. No onions. No pepperocini.
Thanks for giving me the opposite of what I ordered.
