I come to this location frequently as I have a tea pass (great deal!!) and the staff is always friendly and kind. Being a regular for years now, I’ve gotten food a lot too and almost never have issues. Their salad and sandwiches are great 🙂 highly recommend

Ever since I had McAlister’s in Indianapolis for the first time, I have loved their food! Their choose 2 is fabulous since I can never just pick 1 item The Italian sandwich is delicious I’m not big on mustard, but the kind this sandwich comes with is good. I take the olives off & that makes it perfect for me. Their loaded baked potato is phenomenal! You get a whole spud with the choose 2 even though it says only half a spud their regular order consists of 2 spuds. Again, I omit the olive from my spud & that makes it perfect for me. I’ve not had the chance to sit & eat in the Seymour location since they’ve opened, but I did get the chance to stop in & pick up my order last night. It kinda took them a minute to notice me, then they gave me my food & that was about it. They had just mopped the floor & had ‘wet floor’ signs throughout the store so people were aware. All in all, last night’s dinner was pretty damn good!

I ordered the southwest chicken salad with ranch dressing and it was a total waste of money! There wasn’t a single piece of chicken in it, the dressing was wrong, the avocado was black. It was a real disappointment. I spent $14 on a salad that I ended up throwing away. Don’t waste your money! There is a subway right down the street. I seriously would not recommend this place!

Visited this location with our family this evening. Unfortunately, the interior air smelled strongly of sewer. We opted to go elsewhere.
Most of the employees seemed to having a real good time out back. Good thing there was no business inside.
Most disappointing. McAllister’s used to be one of our go-to places.

Paid quite a bit of money on door dash for my food to look like this. If I wasn’t at work, I’d take it back for a refund. Pork doesn’t even look seasoned, and it’s just one little bitty chunk sliding off the sandwich. Barely any meat. No utensils for my soup, or the cake I ordered. No napkins either. Like WOW.

Here from out of town. When we stepped into the restaurant, it had a very strong stench like a stinky bathroom. There were no other customers at 3:30. Perhaps this is why? Food was good though

Do not eat here . They rarely get your order right and when they do its as if someone has cut your sandwich or wrap into thirds and taken 33% of your food to eat for themselves. Go to Penn station or Jimmy John’s its cheaper better and always right also they apparently feed their employees at these locations bc its never been light or seemingly taken from. Ive eaten here about 9 times 3 of which has been a wrong random order unrelated to what ive ordered 2 times of which my food has been taken from or less than usual . So if you’re okay with rolling the dice with a 55% chance of critical failures then go for it but i for one am not a gambler.

Between Management talking inappropriately to minors and allowing other individuals to sexually harass employees on the premises i do not believe this is a family safe environment for anyone to be at. These issues have occurred for over a year without being addressed much less resolved.

Food was fresh and delicious. The sweet tea is the best! The cashier there today was very courteous and kind.

When we got to the counter to order, the cashier was layed over the counter by the prep window chatting it up with someone in the back. Once she realized we were standing there, she then took our order.
All of the food was good except for the potato soup and there wasn’t a single potato in it.
Lastly, the restaurant used to be really clean, but the past couple of times the floor felt greasy and we had to search for a table that was clean. The tables were cleared off, but clearly had not been wiped off.
