We wanted to eat some sushi in the middle of the day and the places we usually go were closed. This place had a very high rating so we gave it a try. And it was so good! Nice miso soup. But their rolls were really really good! We took mango, lover, red dragon and ymca. Fresh fish and really made tasty! The desert was macha tiramisu and green tea were a nice end of our lunch! I hope they will continue to have high quality sushi!

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! A friend introduced me to the st.Charles location and this is my 3rd visit here from past 2 months.The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the waitress was absolutely wonderful — always smiling, attentive, and continuously checking if we needed anything. The service felt very personal and genuine, something you don’t often experience in other sushi places.
The food was exceptional — every dish we ordered was beautifully presented and tasted perfect. Each bite was fresh, flavorful, and crafted with care. Everything from start to finish was truly outstanding. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to everyone who loves great food and excellent service! ✨

Found my new favorite sushi place. Everything so fresh and delicious, service was wonderful and a comfortably modern atmosphere. Can’t wait to come back. This is not fast food so plan to enjoy time with friends.

I went here with my family tonight and the food was AMAZING! I am visiting from out of town and my family took me here as our lil family get-together meal and I’m not gonna lie, we were a little loud – not to mention my sister brought her one year-old. The staff were SO patient and amazing and accommodating with us and I was really grateful. They gave us a large booth in a corner so that the 1 year old could be his terrible little self without bothering other guests. The one year-old made a mess of some fried rice and my sister offered to clean it up and the staff sent us on our way with smiles (we were embarrassed.) Thank you so much for serving us tonight Sushi Boat! I will recommend to my local friends. 🙂

This was our first visit here and wow! We saw the great reviews so we thought we could give it a try. We had 4 delicious rolls and a 15 piece sashimi. We have had sashimi all over the country and this place was awesome. The super white tuna and the salmon were the best we have ever had! The red Snapper was also among the best ever. RUN, do not walk to get here. The food is that good. We are already trying to plan another trip here- from Chicago.

This is the second time eating at this restaurant. Hands down the best Japanese restaurant in West County St. Louis! The hamachi kama and dragon ball appetizers were fabulous! The Ocean and Prairie rolls were delicious! The food was so fresh and the portions very generous. The atmosphere is casual and the service wonderful. Will be returning!

So excited to have them open a second location closer to where I live. The food is just as excellent. Service was amazing and the location provides much needed space.
I had the dragon ball (a favorite of mine) and the Chesterfield Mayor roll to try something new. We also ordered the Snow Mountain roll and some Nigiri. Presentation was, as always, wonderful, as was the food itself.
We will be back here regularly.

Wow! My husband and I have tried so many different sushi restaurants across stl and this one quickly became our favorite after just one visit. They were busy for a weeknight, so service was a bit slower than normal but once we got our sushi it more than made up for any wait. Every roll was unique, beautifully presented and delicious. Highly recommend the butterfly, chesterfield mayor and girl on fire. The crab rangoons and salad were also a solid 10/10. Can’t wait to return.
