My recent visit to this Subway location was extremely disappointing and, unfortunately, the worst experience I have had with the franchise.
The quality of the food was poor. The bread was over-baked and had a stale texture, as if it had been prepared the previous day. Furthermore, the vegetable ingredients did not appear fresh; the containers were lined with ice and the contents looked old, which raises concerns about proper storage and rotation.
In addition to the product quality, the level of service was unacceptable. Upon entering, the store appeared empty, and a staff member eventually emerged from the back without acknowledging my presence. There was no greeting or attempt at customer service. When I attempted to place my order, I was met with a surly attitude; I could see the oil and vinegar, but she refused to add them to my sandwich despite my asking twice.
Overall, this location failed to meet basic standards for both food quality and customer service. I hope this feedback helps address these issues for future visits.

This is the second sandwich that’s been messed up I forgave the first one and decided to order through the app to avoid being upcharged for sauce to a series sandwich from build ur own and not even get the extra cheese from series sandwich , and then I ordered a sandwich with the more option on lettuce spinach and pickles, and I have a sandwich that has less of everything, do not advise eating here because if u order in store your limited on what toppings you can have and if you order in app sandwich if I can call it a sandwich. This location needs to get better!

Worst subway ever. Clearly asked them to put sauce but skipped everything and all the items which ordered in more quantity was less than the normal quantities. No olives, jalapeños, pepper jack pickles.
What should I say in ever sense it was worst. I will never recommend anyone to buy from this store.

Ordered extra lettuce olives and cucumbers and got 6 black olives this paltry amount of lettuce and 3 cucumbers subs not toasted do not mobile order from this place they will cheat you out of your food that your paying for called three times no answer as well do not order from this subway

Order a steak n cheese sub online and what a joke!! Nothing on the sandwich. Could have made a peanut butter and jelly sandwich thicker than this. By the way went next door to Publix and got a real sub!!!

I came in today around 11:30. There were no cookies or tea made. The woman at the counter was rude and kept trying to move on to the next customer while I was still ordering. Then my toddler and I sat in the restaurant to eat and she was yelling at some poor kid in the back the entire time. It was completely unprofessional

PK was friendly, helpful, & professional. Subway •BReAD• has gotten a LOT better; also they have a NeW MeNU with good-sounding subs like “Mexicali” that I want to try, now that the bread’s tastier!!
