If I could give negative points on service I would. The woman working as the cashier in the front and other staff in the back are extremely rude and should not have a place in customer service. If they were fired the entire experience would elevate. Pizza is fine but not cooked with love as all the toppings are mostly in the middle. It is nice they have cauliflower crust – the redeeming quality of this place. When Fort Lauderdale undergoes their remodel this place should be left off the list in a flash.

Worst costumer service ever, the women attending , both have attitude issues. I’ve asked for chicken parm, and the lady rolled her eyes as if I asked to carry me home on her back. The taste is what you expect from airport food. But the experience there not worth it.

Worst experience I have ever had. Both employees were very rude and standoffish. One making the pizza with long hair barely said two words and loaded the pizza in the centre. One checking us out had a major attitude problem and was mad that she had to work. Do not go here. The pizza itself isn’t good. The “crust” is a pita… do not recommend. Ever. Save yourself and skip it. Customer service where lol

The customer service was very rude. Cashier women was fine but the other girl have an attitude problem. She should not work as here as an employee. She was so rude and mean towards the customers. About the food the pizza is burned. I would advice not to go here.

Customer service was extremely rude and unfriendly. They messed up the customer’s bill who was front of us and charged them for two pizzas then proceeded to blame it on the customer for misspeaking when they didn’t. After the manager came to refund them the manager went and laughed about it with her workers and made fun of them.

there was 4 people had me in line and I waited 25 minutes and I decided to leave because nobody even bothered to look up and greet me or give me an update. The line wasnt moving at all and there was two staff working at the time that looked very sad and grumpy and then one staff just left making the line even slower leaving only one grumpy guy left working. If I could give a zero I would, but Google reviews forces me to give a one star which is a higher score than they deserve. Tells you about the culture and the owner obviously doesn’t care because they don’t respond to any of these reviews. I’m sure they will be out of business very soon because I saw lots of people leaving the

Terrible service!!! While I was there I watched about 10 customers walk away after seeing how rude and inefficient the staff was. I would have left too but I really didn’t want a burger or an icky airport sandwich. The lady before me ordered 4 pizzas, the girl made 2, then did random tasks, then made 2 more (so the customer did not get her food at the same time). I was there about 15 minutes until they finally took my order. When I repeated a question because I couldn’t hear what the girl said, she said to me in a very rude manner, I already told you that. (I think the owner and manager would be appalled at these 2 girls behavior) Also, the 2 girls work flow was mind boggling inefficient, almost like they did it intentionally. There were 2 girls and only 1 was making food. The other one was doing random jobs to make herself look busy, like wiping a metal food container etc. This was despite people lining up and then walking away. I was there 30 minutes between 4:30 pm to 5 for 3 sandwiches. The food was priced fair which is one of the reasons I didn’t walk away. With staff like that there is no way that place will stay in business.

I should have checked reviews first. I see they’ve done a fantastic job of ruining what would be a decent airport pie with absolutely horrid attitudes and barely enough effort to stay upright, let alone provide any level of service. Avoid unless you’re a masochist.

If I could give a negative rating for service I would do it. The girl behind the counter is rude and has no business dealing with the public. See other reviews, it appears the company supports the bad services to because it is ongoing. Don’t waste your money. It helps explain why their other location is now closed.

There was only one woman working the counter. She was amazing. She’d closed the night before, opened the Thursday we were there, and was doing the jobs of 3 people. Service was a bit slow because it was just one person, but she was rocking it and clearly doing everything she could to keep things together.
Also they have gluten free crust, which was essential for me.
HOWEVER, we watched an incident where someone complained about their food and a manager came out from the back and started berating the woman working. So there was a manager the whole time who wasn’t helping. They weren’t staffing it appropriately. And the manager thought the right thing to do was to discipline the only woman keeping this shop in business. Disgusting. We didn’t say anything at the time because we were afraid it would just make things worse for the hero making the food.
I tried to report this to corporate but guess what? Their website has no option to contact them. So no way to report this aside from a public Google review.
To the woman who served us last Thursday – you are a gem. You are worth more than how you’re treated there. I hope you find a better job soon, where you’re appreciated and treated right.
