Hidden gem in Harrisonburg, hands down my favorite Mexican place. My personal pick is the shredded beef burrito, it’s super filling and is topped with delicious crema and queso fresco. I no longer live in the area but when I’m back in town I go out of my way to go here. Definitely recommend checking it out. Support small businesses whoo!

The tacos were delicious. The service was fast. Everything smelled great. There are some more items I still need to try so I’ll definitely be back for another round. Atmosphere gets 5 stars because on a nice day there are some tables there and who doesn’t love sitting outside to eat?

I absolutely love this place!! My husband and I stopped here on a whim and I am so glad we did! We got suadero, tripa, and lengua tacos—the tripa was my favorite so I ordered another 4 to take home with me! They were so good I wish I didn’t live 300+ miles away!! But I’d definitely recommend this place 12/10!!

Friendly, clean, quick, nice food presentation, large portions, limited outdoor seating, plenty of parking. I got the chicken tacos. They everything on the plate was absolutely amazing. Marinated shredded high quality chicken, lots of toppings and the green beans on side reminded me of my granny’s Greenbrae which are so good! I’m not from the area but would love to come back and try something different. Thank you Tacomex for giving me a good taco experience

Andrea, the one who attended me on December 16th was nice, friendly and helpful. I ordered an Asada Torta with everything on it. The torta was huge, I only ate half of it, I’ll eat the rest later. I’m not a really big fan of tortas, but I surely did love this one. It was full of flavor. Did not disappoint! Price was reasonable.

They have the best taco ever! My favorite is alpastor ! Their hot sauce is soooo yummy and it comes with radish and jalapeño. The staffs are very friendly 🙂 really recommend coming!
