Great view and good food
Adelaide offers an amazing view that really stands out and makes the visit special. The food was good and enjoyable overall. The service was fine, although the staff didn’t feel particularly warm or friendly at times. There’s no self-parking available, but valet service is offered for $10. Despite that, it’s definitely worth trying, especially for the view and the food.

Romantic and gorgeous views of the ocean. My friends were and I were here last night for girls night. We caught Sunset and it was so magical. The views from this restaurant are unmatched. It is still fairly cool to march, so they did turn on the heaters for us and also gave us blankets! So don’t let the cold water hold you back from trying this spot. We ordered a number of dishes, starting off with an amazing Focaccia bread, we enjoyed it so much we ordered another round! We ordered a few salads and then our entrees. The Chidori chicken was amazing, juicy and crispy. Our server was superintentive, really informative and very nice! Overall great experience highly recommend it if you’re looking for an elegant spot in Del Mar with a great View!

Sultry sexy sunset vibes. Get the Happy Meal during Local Hour! Thank me later ☺️
Otherwise I would give 5 stars if they had more small bite menu options or “kids menu”.

Sunday brunch was outstanding. The outdoor patio is covered with heaters and has sides that come down. When we first arrived the sides were down and the heaters were on. The patio was very comfortable. As the morning wore on it started to get warm and the heaters were turned off to keep it comfortable. Then the sides were opened, and the heaters were turned back on. Amazing, this patio stays comfortable as the day unfolds. The food was exceptional, as was the fresh squeezed juice for the minosas. The service was excellent, our server was fun, and he made sure we had a great time, very attentive. The coffee was great. Their take on gormet donuts was incredible. I’ve been thinking about them since we left. The open ocean views on this spectacular covered patio and modern design are over the top. They just add to the incredible food and service. An amazing experience, I will be back.

Most of our food was good except there was little to no crab in my crab grilled cheese sandwich which the waitress sold me on but didnt seem to care much when I showed her there was no crab. Also, they charge a surcharge on your meals because the hotel is hurting over COVID-19 issues. Nice partial views of the ocean and our servers were friendly.

One of the greatest Espresso Martinis I have ever had. This place is incredible. Super high end and nice on the inside. Quick access to the hotel pool area from this restaurant inside the hotel. Valet is here out front as well. This is a super nice hotel in Del Mar. The food is really good here, my friend and I split a chicken sandwich and a burger. The sauce they put on the chicken sandwich was one of top sauces I have ever tasted. Definitely can’t wait to come back and eat and drink here again. They also have a TV here where we watched some of the NBA game, couches in the lobby nearby to kick back with your group as well. Service here was top notch as the bar. Nate was the bartender that helped us out, definitely makes some phenomenal espresso martinis and is super friendly. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Soooo good!! Super comfortable seating. Live entertainment. Amazing oceanfront views. Excellent food. The halibut, steak, and broccolini were excellent. Lots of thought and care have gone into menu development and plating. The sauces are colorful and tasty. The food is beautiful, and really, really good. Can’t wait to come back!!

We had brunch christmas day at Adelaide del mar. We paid $125 per person. We were disappointed as the christmas buffet was very limited. The seafood table had only oysters and raw shrimps. Very limited vegetables and salads, and the dessert table was almost non existant ( only s few dry cookies, candies and couple of small cakes). The glass of champagne was not even included in the buffet. In addition to all of these we had a table with a nice view of the ocean but we were un der the sun with no umbrella and when we asked they told us they can’t. This buffet for 4 with only 2 glass fo champagne, one coffee and i juice cost us $800. I am happy to pay a high price when it is worth but it was not worth is at all.

We went with a group of 7. The service from the staff were amazing. They were very kind, friendly and professional. Precious, the pastry chef, sent us a variety of personal desserts and they were delicious and beautiful. Chef Nick also came out and greeted us at the table, helping with any questions we had about the menu. It was the first time a chef came out and greet us and he was very kind and friendly. Overall the place was warm, inviting, beautiful and well put together.
