Very nice shop, decorated super cute, met owners husband (haha he said his wife was owner ) very friendly. Hershey ice cream the bestest. Lots of great ice creams to choose from and different cone options. Lots of little extras. Have tables and chairs to eat in also have an area in back more of a cozy spot to relax with your scoop. Definitely recommend!

This ice cream shop located in James City is delicious. Good selection of ice cream plus more items to choose from. Its neat and clean and super friendly staff. There is seating inside which is nice. When we reached the end and purchased our ice cream, the sweet gal asked my daughter if she wanted to put stickers on the wall. Of course she said yes! One wall has stickers that look like sprinkles and the best part is it’s all from customers! I definitely recommend this ice cream shop.

So excited that Scoops of James City just opened! We stopped by and my kids absolutely loved it — they’re already asking to go back! The ice cream is delicious, and full of fun flavors. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. It’s great to have such a sweet new spot in town! ✨

I am a big creature of habit so I had no idea what kind of coffee I wanted. The staff were very helpful and made a coffee on what little I gave them to go on. The coffee is really good!!!!
