Awesome concept, affordable. Could use a bigger parking lot and more seating, but the small venue has a cozy feel. A few young kids are around, and they have some games and coloring books for them, too, so if you have a kiddo, they seem welcome. Buffalo chicken dip from the bar was awesome. Cheeseburger from food truck was great. We’ll be back.

We had a great time. Is nice as you serve yourself what you want to drink out of dispenser. It made it a very relaxing night. The best part we went on a Thursday night and they had karaoke with Russell and he made it so much fun he even got my husband and I singing for the first time. Highly recommend Thursday nights.

We came here for dinner after a long day of traveling with our three kids. We sat down and got prompt service from Jennifer. We ordered drinks and the “grown up” drinks came out first (WIN). I think she could tell we were weary travelers. We ordered food and it came out quickly. Service was amazing all around, food was fantastic for standard American fare and the bourbon drinks were top notch. They had a super cute wall with grass and ornaments as a photo op! We had a blast, enjoyed our food and would definitely return if in the area again!

We were on our last day of bourbon trail and had a tour at Makers Mark and wanted to find a place to eat lunch before we got there. Some googling and reading reviews we land on Pourters. And I’ll tell ya, sure glad we did!
The self serve beer is a fantastic concept. Pay by the ounce, so if you aren’t sure what you want a full glass of? Just take a little sip off each for very little money until you land one you really like. Works great and we tasted several fantastic beers!
I ordered the buffalo chicken quesadilla and the wife ordered the cheese quesadilla and we both got one each of their pretzels (came with beer cheese and spicy mustard).
Let me tell ya something. Those pretzels with that beer cheese is killllllllller!!!! Spicy mustard is also great, but the beer cheese was absolutely the star of that show.
Quesadilla’s were both great and cooked very well. We left with full stomachs and ready to tackle the day.
Even better was the service. Fella was incredibly helpful. Showed us the ropes of how to self serve the beer, answered all of our questions, talked about how the restaurant got its start and was just an all around great dude to sit there and shoot the shit with.
Next time we hit the bourbon trail……Pourters will most definitely be on the list if we will for sure be returning to.
And for all you businesses in Frankfort in the same area—— thank goodness most of y’all are closed on Sundays cuz we are stoked this is where we landed to try.
Thanks a million Pourters! We are truly thankful for the food and great service!

Pretty cool little spot here jammed up against a cliff. I’ve seen places like this before, where you can pour your own beer and such. Would be nice if they could expand and bit and get some more taps. Only ten spots and they’re all local so nothing you couldn’t get elsewhere.
We did not try the food this visit. Will update.
10/10 for bathroom art.

Absolutely love this place. My band Barebones plays here often and it is most certainly our fave! The owners are literally the kindest and coolest people! And Jonathan, if you’re reading this, for sure put that buffalo chicken dip on the menu! It’s the best I’ve ever had!!!

Love this place! So many different drinks to choose from. Even non-alcoholic options! Buffalo chicken dip is a great appetizer for happy hour with some drinks if you’re going out later for supper. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I love them to death. They have themed party nights and karaoke and big screen TVs for catching the big game.
