I have been to several Chipotle locations and this one was rather as there are only a few tables in the dining area. It was also a little difficult to get to from the main road. Some of the staff seemed a little new there but they definitely showed off some great southern hospitality. The lady that rang us up at the register asked us twice if we wanted drinks. My wife and I accepted and she brought out two drink cups already filled with ice, something I’ve never had happen at a Chipotle, so that was pretty special! The food was delicious!

Just opened, and they are packed in the middle of the afternoon (30 or so people in line). Took 35 minutes to get through, would recommend online ordering for now. They had 10 people working but still having trouble keeping the bins full, they ran out of pinto beans right as we got to the counter but I am sure more were on the way, just didn’t want to wait any longer. Flavors were good however hopefully the grill team will get better at cooking the steak a little more to deal with the fat and chopping finer (pieces were a bit large). Also no one was eating in due to noise and being so crowded. Anyway great addition for Forest City area!

One of the best Chipotles that we’ve been to! It was super clean, ingredients were fresh, staff was attentive and courteous, and food was delicious. The only negative I have is that it appears you need more seating. It was our first time at this location and we were talking about how it may be a gamble on going there and planning to eat in because the tables were filling up so quickly. After we arrived, every table was soon filled up. Other than that, 5 stars all the way around!

Paid $20 for a bowl just for it to have some kind of plastic/wooden pieces in it. I can let 1 piece slide, but there were 2! At that point I can’t enjoy my food anymore and don’t want to be searching every bite I take. I dang near choked on one piece because it was so large. Also I paid for double meat and barely had any in the bowl.

I tried to call a store manager but was unable to reach anyone. I just want to say I went to Forest City Chipotle today 04/18/2025 at 7:15pm, I went inside to order a burrito bowl and I just have to say the staff on duty went above and beyond, they were all very friendly and professional. The establishment was clean, they worked very efficiently. They were amazing! Definitely want to acknowledge their hard work and effort. I had wrote the first part of my review prior to even eating my food. The food was delicious as well.

Price point could be better. Food is delicious. Staff? I have been in there with the friendliest staff you could ask for and next time with the not so nicest where she literally acted like she hated her job and everyone there. Will I go again? yes because the food is good. They have limited seating but do mobile pick up, takeout, and dine in.

It was good seeing that Chipotle got some amazing employees working here . The cashier lady was very pleasant with helping me with my order since was my first time every visit a Chipotle. She help me with my order and what everything was and how spicy everything is. She remind me of my late granddaughter was also tall & slim like the cashier lady with very warming inviting smile who passed away a couple months ago. My grand daughter aura every time come to Chipotle now when I see tall & beautiful cashier name Leslie. Keep doing amazing job.
