I ordered a pizza with Alfredo sauce, but they mistakenly made it with tomato sauce. When I called the store to inform them of the error, the manager was incredibly rude and refused to believe me. He claimed to have made my pizza and was not trusting my words. It was incredibly frustrating to deal with a manager who had such trust issues. I usually order pizza every week, but I will not order from this store again.

Short version: Order was almost two hours late, crappy interactions with the employees. Driver lying saying that he dropped order when he did not.
The food was pretty decent when I finally got it. However the service I got from this store today was terrible to say the least. I placed an order so that it was delivered at around 7:45. With it being a Friday and being a peak hour due to dinner I was expecting it to be delivered somewhat late. However when 8:11pm rolled around and the tracker was showing “Delivered” but i haven’t received my order something was off. I gave the store a little bit more time before calling them at 8:30 to ask about my order. The first call the employee on the other hand hung up on me, I called again and the employee told me he needed to ask the driver and he would call me back. Okay, we are finally going somewhere, I thought; not knowing that he would not call me back. I waited for an additional 20 minutes before calling back to the store.
This time a different employee answered the phone. This time the employee told me that the order was left at the lobby of my building, but something was off as the building where i live does allow for delivery be it from Dominos, Door-dash, Uber Eats to come up to the apartments. I went to the lobby to give them the benefit of the doubt and when asking with the attendant she told me no Dominos driver dropped an order in the lobby. This time when calling the store was when they relented and remade the order which I finally ended up getting. After this odyssey and treatment from the store I am disappointed in Dominos and this specific store.

My pickup experience at Domino’s Pizza in Tysons Corner was fantastic! The staff was friendly, and my order was ready right on time. The pizza was delicious, with a perfect blend of flavors, and the crust was just the way I like it. I appreciate the efficiency and great service. Definitely a five-star pickup experience!

One of the best pizzas I ate here was made on 4/1/25 around noonish. When I went to pick it up, the Dominos guy was working all by himself in the store but you’d never notice it with all the freshly made pizzas lined up in the kitchen awaiting their turn to be baked. He also made me 3 fresh lava cakes which tasted excellent.
