I ordered online and my sandwich was wrong, not a huge deal. I went back in and asked them if they could just put on the mist dressing and they sat there and tried to tell me it was underneath, but it 100% was not and they told me salt and pepper was on it and it in fact was not. Next time just fix it and don’t argue. And maybe respond to your customer when they walk in and say hi and thank you. I won’t be back. Food was actually decent so that’s why I did 2 stars not 1.

Ordered turkey wrap. Wrap is less than 6 inches. 3 tomatos, 3 pickles and 2 pieces of cheese. Total for just wrap is 12.36 next time go to manchester grill

This little subway is the best one in town. It’s very clean, the ingredients are always super fresh and the staff is super friendly. They always make the sandwiches perfectly, however you ask for them. I’ve never had my order come out wrong here.

Visited this location on 8/29/2025, and the older of the two females who prepared the sandwich was very impolite. She kept talking over the sandwich with an obnoxious face and talked with an aggressive tone.
This was the worse Subway sandwich I every tasted after many years eating Subway. I will never visit this location again.

I did a pick up order, and when I got my sandwich it wasn’t even made right. Some of the toppings I picked weren’t in my sandwich. I asked for toasted & pick up for 11:45 & the sandwich was cold still. And it was as sloppy when I opened it all my toppings were falling off. Then it tasted like the meat was already bad & sour. I couldn’t even finish my sandwich. Not coming to this location ever again.

I have been here many times. One worker has been rude to me at least 4 times. Last time and very last time I’ll go there, I had a coupon for buy one foot long get one free with a soda purchase. I let the other worker know while they were both waiting on me and said okay. At check out, the small in stature lady says it wasn’t good on the cold cut combo. I said I asked before I ordered and you knew I had a coupon so what’s the problem. She was shaking her head saying it wasn’t but she would allow it. I barely heard her and asked what was that and she said don’t you understand English? My head about exploded but I said that you are rude many times to me when I’ve always been nice to you. I’m never going back. Rude rude rude all the time from this little lady. She doesn’t deserve the business or kindness I’ve always shown even when being treated rude. I know everyone has bad days and I take things with a grain of salt but when she was rude for no reason then was racist asking if I understood English I was done. Never giving them a cent of my money. Wish I could leave ZERO stars……! She ruined it for the nice workers there.

Today I went to get lunch at the Subway in 327 Green rd Manchester Ct , and I was very disappointed with the service I received. The two women who attended me were rude and unprofessional. Instead of offering friendly service, they were impatient and unwilling to help. This negatively impacted my overall experience, as I expected a more welcoming and respectful environment.
It’s important that Subway maintains a high standard of customer service, and I hope this issue is addressed to improve service in the future.

Food disgusting, service was adequate I guess but she didn’t understand anything I said and I didn’t just have dental surgery or anything… Please avoid this place at all costs, it’s literally listeria waiting to happen.
