First time here. The order taker was great. I felt sorry for him as he was looking into the sun when we were ordering. I tried to stand taller to help him out but just couldn’t do it. LOL. He had a great personality. The food came out fast and warm. No problems there. I also ordered a shake, and they taste like the old time ones. The place was clean and quiet. It was on the smaller side in case you bring a group there. If we are in the area again, we will go back.

Zach, Malachi, and the staff were super helpful with my celiac disease, and identified a source of a cross contamination before serving me food, which has been a rare experience when eating out. Helped me with a refund and were very kind. The fries are great too.

Missed add-ons to all of our Orders. It’s like they didn’t read their own orders entry.
Had the sequence of order all mixed up so we didn’t know what the number one was four was etc.. We had a big group that made it hard to know who got what

My wife and I really like five guys restaurant. We have eaten at a number of them and the food was great. However, tonight we ate at the restaurant on 159th st. And it was absolutely the worst food (all of it) that we have had from five guys. The burger was not good, the fry’s were way over salted. Also, we had shakes and the were not good as we were used to.

I love French fries. I’ve had them everywhere all over the country. Five Guys fries are my #1! So delicious! Every order of fries should taste like these do. Love their burgers, sandwiches, and hot dogs too. Their milkshakes are wonderful! No artificial aftertaste like other places. Only drawback is that most locations are loud and”echoey” so eating inside is usually louder than I like. Counter service is always friendly and fast. I’m a fan!

First thing when opening the door, they YELL hello/hi to greet you. They YELL orders to each other as well. That was VERY annoying!!!
$17.00 + for a “little” hamburger with cheese, fries and drink. Burger was very marginal and fries were greasy and way too many for “little” fries which cost close to $5. Should’ve walked out the door when they first yelled at us.
The restaurant was clean but that was the only plus.
