Stopped into Marco’s Pizza just trying to grab a large pepperoni and chill, but somehow ended up in a Fast & Furious spin-off. I’m waiting by the counter when this dude busts in yelling about how I stole his spot in the drive-thru line. Before I can even process what’s happening, he starts marching toward me all puffed up. Then—out of nowhere—the guy making pizzas, name tag says Isaac, vaults over the counter like he’s been training for this moment since day one. He hits the floor, snatches a pizza paddle, and tells the guy, “You better step back before you get served twice.” The dude freezes, realizes he’s outmatched, and storms off. Isaac just slides back behind the counter, fixes his hat, and says, “At Marco’s, we don’t just make pizza—we deliver justice.”
Five stars. Pizza was hot, the service was heroic, and Isaac deserves a raise. Will absolutely return.

I think for the price of this pizza you should at least get enough pepperoni for the pizza. Not one pepperoni for each piece. I’m not impressed with Marcos

The best thing I can say about this place is that it does indeed sell pizza.
My children were excited to gobble up pizza like they do whenever we make or get pizza. We all could barely take more than one bite, and sat back in our seats with utter disappointment, especially after reading these uncharacteristically upbeat reviews.
Here is my breakdown:
– Pepperoni Pizza (AKA Grease City™) It soaked the crust, drenched the box, and left a puddle on our dining room table. The pepperoni that curled up were like little cups you could drink grease from.
– The pepperoni tastes like uncured salami. It’s sour or tart, almost like they tried to pickle it. Very off-putting, especially if you eat it with their ranch. It’s also very overly salty, but unfortunately that’s not uncommon with delivery pizza.
– The crust was spongy. This could’ve been due to the grease. The crust flavoring didn’t work well with the rest of the pizza.
– Got the sick fast food feeling in my stomach after one slice.
– Greek Salad was acidic, but it worked much better here than it did in the pizza. Still felt oddly greasy due to the vinaigrette. It’s… fine. Was probably the best part of our meal.
– I liked the cheese pizza a lot more than the pepperoni, which is something I’ve never said before in my life. That said, it suffered some of the same problems.
The stuff that wasn’t too bad:
– Chicken Dippers were alright. They bare no resemblance to wings and are more like crusted chicken nuggets. I enjoyed the BBQ sauce.
– Online ordering and delivery was smooth and straightforward. The driver was given the wrong address and called us from the other side of town despite the correct address being printed on the receipt. He called, quickly course corrected, and dropped off the goods quickly. No harm done.
My recommendations. There is a Main Street pizza just down the street. I enjoy them much more, and you will too especially if you hate grease. If you’re willing to drive for a few minutes, Fat Jack’s in Payson is some of the best pizza around here.
I’d like to think Marco’s could improve, but franchises like that tend never deviate from their methods. Guess we’ll see. I would very happily welcome any improvements. Maybe I’ll forget about this experience and try them again next year in an act of naivety and find myself impressed.
Update: wife only ate one slice, and yet she spent the evening in bed trying not to puke. I’m certain she can’t be the only one here who’s had this happen.

I was hesitant to order from this Marcos because of the mixed reviews, but im glad we ordered anyway! It was delicious, the staff was kind, and my order was ready (hot out of the oven) as soon as I picked it up. I am glad we got pizza here and I recommend you do too!

Went to pick up an online order. Pizzioli’s and Cinnamon Bread is what I got. Well cheese in the pizzioli’s were actually cold, Pepperoni Pizzioli had very little pepperoni in it. My mother went in to basically tell the manager the issues. The manager was Rude, yelled at her telling her she always complains. She also brought DQ up as well, saying she complains at DQ. My mother came out of the store in tears. Very uncalled for, not very good customer service at all. You should NEVER go to a restaurant and have issues your bringing to their attention and get yelled at and humiliated in front of other customers.

So many failures to make a decent pizza! The last few have been terrible and we’ve had it. We got pizza today that was undercooked, and though we asked for double pizza sauce, there’s so much we needed to squeeze it out from under the cheese. It’s either too little or too much. Between the massive amount of sauce and being undercooked, we could barely eat this abomination of a pizza. Ability to make a decent pizza at this location dropped off the map.

Lots of pizzas to choose from. Pizza was ready within 20 min of ordering. Good amount of toppings. Yummy crust! There are 2 tables inside. Tables and floors were clean. Employees were friendly and helpful.

We ordered an all meat pizza and added olives. It says plain as day on the receipt ALL MEAT add olives. We ended up with an all olive and cheese pizza. When we called and asked for a replacement. One with meat on it, they said we would have to go through doordash. Doordash aren’t the ones who got the order wrong. MARCOS got it wrong. Seems like they are the ones who should have made it right. I am new to the area and thought I’d give them a try. Epic failure!
