Idk if they just opened or what but a bit unorganized. We went during the week at night for dinner. Food took a while to come out but it was fresh. Nachos aren’t that good. Waitress not too familiar with menu. The soups are really good and the pupusas are okay.

First attempt to try this new place, sat at the bar for several minutes…employees kept walking past with no greeting or help at all..walked out with no purchase, also there was no other customers in the entire place
2nd attempt to get $1.50 tacos on Tuesday, called in an order, was told about 10-15 min, arrived in 15-20 minutes & still had to wait another 10m for my order to be cooked. The tacos came on 1 tortilla (there is usually 2) and very little meat inside. The registers also weren’t working so had to stay longer for my pick up order while they figured that out. They need to improve customer service & some of there basic logistics here before i return.

The best veggie quesadilla I’ve ever had (the portion was huge but I had to finish it anyway). There were 6 of us for lunch and we all loved the meal. The food comes out a little slower than most other area Mexican restaurants, but the quality made it worth the wait.

Trying out El Cielito Lindo Mexican today. Delicious tacos and their Taco Tuesday special is unbeatable- $1.50 tacos. The tacos al pastor were good but the chorizo tacos and burrito deluxe with shredded beef were amazing! Service is a little slow and we had one hiccup – my husband ordered a chicken and a beef burrito and got two beef, but that’s so not a big deal since the beef was melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Appears to be family owned. So great to have a great restaurant close to home – location is 2807 Hicks Rd. Please come support this lovely new business

Everything about this place is awesome and you will not help but appreciate the kindness and sincerity of the employees. They are quick to inform you about things on the menu and everything I’ve had here is TOP NOTCH. Natural drinks, INCREDIBLE Horchata and their chips aren’t crummy as other places have been nearby. I reccomend Fajitas and the Fajita Loca is a beast to try. Definitely check this gem out

We decided to try this place for lunch since It’s right down the road. We did takeout. The staff on the phone was great. They asked of we wanted everything on our dishes (we did). I thought it was nice they were mindful that some people might not want stuff. I was initially worried since I was the only customer I saw but the food was delicious and the portions were excellent. The card reader machine in the front was broken so they swiped my card in the back. I have no complaints. I’ll probably go again.

I am actually sitting in my booth writing this review as I eat. I’ve been here 3 times now and this time and the last has been disappointing. The food isn’t bad but it was lukewarm and the waitress/ hostess did NOT make us feel welcome at all. Slow service although not busy, no plates to use to share the chips and salsa, had to ask for more than 1 napkin, husbands food order was wrong twice, and I couldn’t ask for sauce for my food because she ran away everytime she came to the table. A larger party comes in 10 minutes after us and automatic service, greeted, water, etc. I felt very uwelcomed and I won’t be returning as this makes the 2nd time we felt like we were bothering you just by walking in. Disappointing

I’ve taken several friends and relatives to El Cielito Lindo. All agree that it’s the best Mexican restaurant in town. The chips and salsa are wonderful, and they make great tamales! Every dish I’ve tried has been scrumptious!

Best chimichangas I’ve had in a while! (Deadpool would be proud). Go here for the chimichangas, get surprised by the friendly staff, and stay for the amazing street tacos!
Street tacos on a fresh corn tortillas packed with meat and fresh toppings hit the spot and were great! Chorizo is a chefs kiss. Carne asada, chicken, and carnitas were all great. Well cooked meat that was juicy and full of flavor.

Went here for the first time last week and the food was sooo good and flavorful. The service was great and fast. They have a variety of great foods. It was super good and will def be coming back!
