I placed an order and when it arrived I found a hair in my pizza. I called to report it and the person who answered told me I would have to take the pizza back so they could make me another one. I paid for delivery and I have to take the pizza back to correct their mistake?! I don’t think I’ll order from there again.

This is the lettuce that came with the chicken Caesar salad I just purchased and had delivered from Domino’s at Colony Crossing. I have not removed one piece of lettuce and with a cellophane top someone should’ve noticed the slimy, brown condition of it. I will say the chicken and the cheese were fine But won’t be ordering from Colony Crossing anymore. Money wasted! Nasty.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! If You are BLACK please don’t order from here… I ordered a pizza that arrived at home mishandled! It look like it been played with for days! Disgusting! I gave the driver a tip and I wish I could take it back. I had to go to the store just for a lady to remake and burn it . This day they closed at 8pm , when i arrived to this store the associate let me in and soon as i step foot inside the “manager” yelled we closed. I ask for a refund & they got loud with me. I will NEVER order from here again . I will not stop until i get to the top of this store chain.

Haven’t had Domino’s in years. People there were friendly and my pizza was ready and hot when I picked it up. It tasted good too! Used a coupon and gift card for 2 large pizzas. Great deal. I was happy!

We ordered pizza to be ready when our daughter’s basketball game was over- ordered 3.5 hours ahead. We get to this location….they have the order but no pizza. We had to stand there and wait while they made the order despite the early order. Frustrating.

So just got the rudest call from the manager about me laughing while I picked up the order from the driver .. so my loving girlfriend bought me a pizza today out the kindness of her heart. A hour and a half later the pizza gets here …late as hell… The driver asks me to sign something I tell him it’s not my order…he said sure I hear that all the time.trying to imply I was lying .. I ignored it …my girlfriend was on the phone cuz it’s cold outside and our driveway is so hard to see and I didnt want to stand out in the cold and wait cuz I had no idea when he was coming … So I was talking to her and we was laughing but last time I checked it was a free country…this manager calls my girl out the blue and starts asking her if we laughed at his driver…. So she clicks over in a conference call and I take so over after I ask him to say what the problem was I state are you really calling me asking me if I was laughing…. I said what’s your name I’ma call corporate about this…he said he’s going to blacklist me and hangs up …well we taking this all the way to the top don’t threaten me and call my phone with some stuff like did you laugh …..are you serious right now….owner ✅ corporate ✅ blasted everywhere ✅…try again

The absolute worst dominos I’ve ever done business with. I’m admitted to the hospital & ordered food. After the delivery guy gets here he calls my phone & says, “my manager said we can’t come up to the floors so I need you to come down.” I said, sir I cannot leave my room s I am admitted. After going back & forth my nurse got someone to cover him & he told me to tell the guy that he would come down and get it. In the meantime I call dominos and speak to a female manager that was no help whatsoever. A few minutes later my nurse comes back w/ no food and says it’s nothing down there. I call thr delivery driver and the store for almost an hour straight, neither of them would answer the phone. Money spent and no food. I told the delivery driver to wait for my nurse bc if he leaves it by itself anyone could just walk pass and take the food. What kind of business ignores phone calls for an hour. I will be calling corporate after the holiday. Joe you’re a horrible delivery driver and to the manager on duty tonight, you need a new position bc you’re horrible at resolving issues.
