Updating. The manager is excellent. When I order online and see her in there, I know my food will be excellent.
Does not participate in any promos.
Sandwiches are usually not made correctly unless the manager is in the store. Today the melt I ordered was so awful. They also forgot an entire sandwich. I’ve ordered there regularly with the same results leading to a negative review. This subway needs a major overhaul.

Took 30 minutes to get through the line. Food has shoot up in price in the last few years, while good its not worth what they want.

I had a bad experience here over a year ago and have not been back. Today I was in the mood for a cold sandwich and thought I would give Subway a try again…
Hours show 9am-10pm on the door and on Google. (It is a gorgeous day, roads are clear)
I tried the front door, it is locked.
An employee also tried the door, to her surprise it was locked. I said I thought they were supposed to be open at 9… (9:48am)
She said “yeah, their supposed to be”. Fortunately she had a key! She went in, locked the door behind her and left me sitting out front with no update. It is now 10:02am as I give up.
Maybe next year.

Employees need to spend less time chit chatting and more time listening to the customer as they order. I had to tell them 3 to 4 times that I didn’t want a foot long, I wanted a 6in sub and I had to repeat myself well over 3-5 times what veggies wanted on a sub and when I raised my voice so they can hear me over their chitchat I got terrible attitude in response. Quick service can’t happen if you’re constantly gossiping.

Great little subway. The kids working there didn’t seem to listen and had to repeat myself quite a few times to get my order that I’d ordered online.
The establishment is quite clean as far as I could tell and conveniently located.
The parking was a little awkward but manageable.
The turnaround time from ordering to pick up was good but the sandwich and toppings were not completely accurate.
Making sandwiches in person seems to be the way to go in some instances.
Overall it’s recommendable.

Subway in Prague, Oklahoma- really good. Some Subways in Oklahoma City really are sub-par. I really dont know why because the actual food comes from the same place. There really is a difference and this location really sets the bar high. The service is top notch. The staff is so friendly and helpful. Visited Sept. 12th at about 8:30pm with 2 of my buddys. We will certainly be back. Thanks!
