I ordered double crunchy today. It arrived very quick which I really appreciate. The sushi rolls are delicious like usual I have.
The downside is the rolls seemed to be smaller, shorter and wrapped with two separate noni paper sheet that looked like some leftover sheet to make sushi rolls for my order. And the ginger is much less than before. The crunchy roll costs me more than $23 which I think it is overpriced.

I got the Golden Dragon roll and the Hawaiian Poke Bowl. Sushi roll was the best I’ve ever had. I will be back for it. The poke bowl was also great, however the fish was a bit flavorless in my opinion. Regardless, great food and I will be back for more sushi.

Really good sushi, especially for coming on a food truck. Everything tasted very fresh and not fishy smell and i ordered raw rolls. The food came out super fast too. My only gripe is they don’t have soy paper, so if you don’t like seaweed you are SOL. I prefer soy paper as i can taste the fish more. Also just as a note, this is in the food truck area of the HUB. Took me a minute to find it when i just used google maps.

We have eaten here a few times, it is wonderful! Friendly employees. My faves are golden dragon and rocky red. Had the Happy Mango roll , love the cream cheese & slightlt sweet at the end. We ask for eel sauce with our rolls. Will come back again. This place is at the food truck station, Summers Hub in Kennewick by Chucky E. Cheese.

Came to the hub with no expectations and settled on golden roll!
Soooo glad I did!
Price is fair for the where we are and what was served.
