We had a drink slide off a table here immediately after we ordered. We didn’t receive a bar napkin and it just slid off the table while looking away. It was an accident on all parts. Us for not paying close enough attention and the table for being uneven. We were told that we could not receive a replacement but would have to be charged for another drink. We ordered another drink and played a round of cribbage. When leaving I asked the bartender to thank the women who cleaned up the spilled drink. I informed him of the slanted table and said it would have been nice to just receive a replacement drink. I was told it had never happened before and he told me that it was still our fault and I would lie about the table being slanted to get a replacement drink. Super disappointing. I definitely could have seen myself or friends coming here for the whiskey selection and cribbage tables but not to be treated this way.

Great place, really cool inside.Lot’s Bourbon and spirits to choose from. Good selection of beer on tap and deals on Busch Latte. The bartender was nice also.

Friendly staff, great selection of different liquors. Little pricey depending on what you get. Didn’t serve a glass of water, had to buy a bottle for $2 which is pretty odd for a bar.

Great staff. I strongly recommend Anna or Nikki if you have questions about whiskey or bourbon. They are great ladies and can steer you in the right direction. Even if not looking for whiskey, this bar has a great atmosphere and a wide selection of alcohol to satisfy even the pickiest of drinkers

This is one of our favorite stops downtown. They serve good food late at night, they have an extensive drink selection. All tables are actually cribbage boards, and they have darts & shuffleboard. The bathrooms are always clean.

This was our 1st, post shutdown drink out. Bar was quite and seats spaced well. They even sprayed and sanitized bar before we sat down. Hand sanitizer was also available for out use.
We feel like they are thinking about us and safety, not just getting open and making money again.
Please the bartender was really fun and served us good drinks and conversation.

I give the bar itself a 5 star review. BUT the bartender was absolutely horrible. Not only did she show ZERO engagement with customers but she also had no knowledge of liquor especially whiskey. This place is called Old Town Tavern please tell me why the music this bartender was playing was techno-metal. What? Super disappointing and honestly made the whole environment and vibe unsettling. Left immediately. Not at all what I was expecting of a place like this.

Bars usually serve a neat whiskey with a 1.5 oz pour. Olde Town sells 1 oz shots of their whiskies at full prices, which hardly last long enough to get a feel for. There is a good selection, albeit a strange choice of different releases of distilleries rather than a variety brands.
