Went with 2 friends for a little day trip on my birthday. We decided on the private room since we got there late for the early games. Good choice, packed by 1 clears out at 4 . Room is ideal for 5 ppl but can be as many as 16. We were 3 If it was closer we would be there pretty often. Service was pretty good for how many other guest she had. Def recommend for any sports fan. Would be great if we could place bets from the room tablet somehow.

It’s just sad. There’s only 3 tvs on and they make you pay to get a seat. Seriously I think most people will know someone with a better setup in their home than this so called sportsbook.

The sportsbook at Harrah’s Casino in Atlantic City is an absolute disgrace, a textbook example of how to alienate customers and squander potential. From the moment you step into “The Book,” it’s clear that this place is designed to frustrate rather than entertain. Forget about waiter service—apparently, the concept of basic hospitality is too much to ask for here. You’re left to fend for yourself, stranded in a sea of indifference, with no one bothering to check if you need a drink, a bite, or even a shred of attention. It’s as if they’ve decided customer satisfaction is an optional extra, and they’re proudly opting out.
Privacy? Nonexistent. We got a “fan cave” which is basically two couches in the hallway with no privacy whatsoever.
Speaking of screens, don’t even get me started on the TVs. You’d think a sportsbook would prioritize letting patrons watch the games they’re wagering on, but not here. The staff—when you can find them—have all the control, and they wield it with the enthusiasm of a sloth on sedatives. Want to switch to a different game? Tough luck. They couldn’t care less about your preferences, and their minimal communication makes it clear they’d rather be anywhere else. A simple request is met with blank stares or a shrug, if you’re lucky enough to get a response at all.
And then there’s the manager—oh, what a gem. Indifference doesn’t even begin to cover it. This person embodies the soul of poor customer service, acting as if your presence is an inconvenience rather than the reason they have a job. We brought our complaints to them, hoping for some resolution, and were met with a wall of apathy so thick you could build a casino with it. No effort to fix the issues, no attempt to pretend they cared—just a cold, dismissive attitude that screams, “Take it or leave it.”
Harrah’s sportsbook could’ve been a contender in Atlantic City’s betting scene, but instead, it’s a masterclass in how to drop the ball. No service, no privacy, no control, and a staff that’s checked out harder than a gambler on a losing streak. Save your money and your sanity—head somewhere else where they actually understand what a sportsbook is supposed to be.

Customer service is horrible. I have a platinum card and once the teir point reset I will never use this card at any of their locations. They lost a customer over 20 years because of their service

Do not rent a fan cave at this Sportsbook. There is not one good thing to speak of about this place. When we arrived they said to check in at AC Burger Company which come to find out is closed on Mondays (the day of my reservation). I had to wait for a Sportsbook manager to help me. He showed us to the fan cave which was not private at all, it’s just a roped off section of the Sportsbook. I asked about the food and beverage service I already paid for. He said a waitress would be around shortly. After an hour I asked again just to find out that I would not be getting the beverages I already paid for because AC Burger is closed Mondays. The fan cave was also dirty. There was food on the floor and the tables were sticky and disgusting. I was so embarrassed that I brought people all the way there to have a good time to sit in filth with no waitress and no drinks which I already paid for. I’ve called multiple times over a 4 day period now for a refund and left multiple messages with no returned calls. I spent almost $200 for this scam experience. Whoever runs this place should be embarrassed as well. I left after an hour of waiting for service that never came. We had to listen to the game we came all that way to watch in the car on the ride home. Do not book this filthy, not private, tiny, very mismanaged, scam of a fan cave experience.

The absolute worst experience I ever had at a sports book fan cave . 1000$ for a corner space that’s not private 0 service rude management. I can’t believe this is even an option don’t waste your time and money lesson learned . The manager at the burger restaurant was completely disinterested in our complaints and quite frankly insulting. DONT COME!!!!

Harrahs is a surprise after having not been there in over a decade coming back was refreshing. The atrium is one of the most interesting and enjoyable features in all of Atlantic City . It’s one of a kind in gaming and entertainment .
