When this establishment opened up, my family was quite happy to see this, as we live right around the corner. However, almost every single time we order takeout from this Panera Bread Location, someone’s order is incorrect, and consequently I have to drive back to the restaurant, issue our complaint, and make a request to have our order corrected. I’d rather just get home with the complete order and be done for the night. Lately we have been going to a second Panera Bread location, or simply going to their competition. Not too sure I’ll be going back here…

My family was excited when this opened. Today will be my last trip as we have had the same exact issues since it opened. Every time I go through the drive though (either for mobile pick ups or real-time ordering), I’m stuck in the drive through line for 20 minutes – every single time. Today, I waited in line for 25 minutes to pick up my mobile order. It almost seems like corporate intentionally understaffs to save the company money – meanwhile, the skeleton crew can’t keep up with the demand.
The only good thing I can say, is the person who gave me my order today was not slurring their speech and still half lit from the party the night before.

Ordered a Fiji apple chicken salad through the drive through. When I got home wrong dressing, wrong greens, no pecans, no cheese. No mention of them being out of something or substitutions. Only saving grace is the chocolate chip cookies. Big disappointment over all

I recently visited this Panera location and unfortunately had a very negative experience. After consuming food from here, I developed severe food poisoning that led to the hospital for a week. While I understand that food safety issues can happen, this experience was extremely serious and concerning. I hope the management takes all necessary steps to ensure food handling and preparation meet the highest safety standards to prevent this from happening to others.

Whenever this place gets busy, it’s crazy. I went here when it was pretty busy and I didn’t get my order at all, so I waited for more than a hour and yet I didn’t get my meal. Then, when I confronted them about it they said they couldn’t find my order. When I clearly put my order down. I understand when a place is busy I wouldn’t get my order quickly, but even when it’s not busy it takes more than 40 minutes to get my order. It shouldn’t take that long for one sandwich. Waiting for such a small order wasted so much of my time.

My recent visit to the new Hull Street Panera Bread location left much to be desired. Upon arriving at 4pm, the first thing I noticed was the appalling state of the restaurant’s cleanliness. The floors were littered with trash, and the tables were dirty, with a dead fly even present on the window ledge. The staff was not too busy to pick up a broom, including the manager they just are not qualified to run a store successfully. There were less than 10 people in the entire store. This immediately set a negative tone for the dining experience.
While the food for my wife, daughter, and myself was as somewhat as expected in the restaurant (minus they forgot my baguette and my daughters side of fruit) the real disappointment came when I took home an order for my other child, who has nut allergies. Despite explicitly ordering a Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken salad without pecans, the salad not only contained pecans but also lacked the promised chicken. This oversight is not only unacceptable but also dangerous for individuals with allergies.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail in food preparation at the Hull Street Panera Bread location severely detracted from what could have been an enjoyable dining experience. I would caution others against visiting this establishment until significant improvements are made.

I’m a current and repeating customer to this new store, from the day it opened to currently today. Sitting at the table with my bagel and a yogurt and drinking my coffee I observed Cosby high school students sleeping in booths not ordering food, two kitchen workers kissing each other as I’m waiting 15 minutes for a bagel that comes out hard and cold. No sense of urgency. One staff member which is part of the management team runs around doing everything in the store. Wanda is very pleasant hard-working. I pray for her every day. I’m here knowing that Her task with her staff is unbearable!!
