I ordered my lunch hit delivery and got message saying it will be delivered by door dash.. ok.. then after waiting and waiting. Message says he was unable to deliver??? So I call the store and was told “yeah he said he called you but you didn’t answer” he never entered the hotel im working front desk.. so then was told to place again. So I did. And Food was cold And gross . VERY UNHAPPY

Pizza was good, but about 1/3 of it was not as well topped as the rest. Service was friendly and apologetic because it took a little longer than expected. Overall we were happy.

I think it’s a good Papa John’s. The staff at the front is a pretty cool chic who was helpful and not bored/rushing you. Got the pizza bowl that’s carb friendly. It’s ok. Wings were ok. Same old fatty wings they all use. Parking was easy. Of course no Coke Zero.

Had a problem with app and wanted delivery and when I told the manager if he could help change it to a delivery and he said no I have to order delivery on the app and said thank you and proceeded to hang up on me. Clearly, they do not take the time to help their customers fix a simple problem that now caused you guys to have extra pizzas, which I imagine the guys would be proud to eat.
The only good thing is he managed to give me back my money.

Messed up the order and its been like forever to get my order!! Kept saying its in oven and its been like 30plus minutes of wait to get one single pizza !!! Worst ever experience with this outlet. All orders after mine are getting ahead and delivered.. feels like shouldn’t have stopped at all here

I called the “automated online order center”, placed my order ($52.88) for pickup an hour before they were closing. They took my order, but when I got to the papa John’s on the west side of town, the door was locked and when I called to talk to someone, they said they tried to call me back to cancel my order, because they were closing in AN HOUR, and wouldn’t be able to get to my order, but No one answered they said.. So I called the store in Columbus on Pennsylvania St. And they were also going to close in an hour, but took my order, but would not deliver it to the west side PJ were I was picking up my original order, made me drive all the way into town and my order ($58.25), was $4.00 more for the ECACT same order!.
Bad customer service.
Pizza wasn’t great.

So they didn’t call me to tell me they were having problems finding my address. They just didn’t deliver the pizza when I called and was like hey my pizza says delivered, but it’s not that’s when they said I gave them the wrong address which I did not so I gave them directions to my house. I know they have different drivers but they come out every couple weeks. I don’t know why they couldn’t find it this time so instead of taking my food back to the restaurant and remaking it they just I guess kept the food in their car because I had cold pizza and warm soda and I don’t know how long it had been their car, but I got it two hours after I ordered it and the crust tasted like the cardboard box
