wow, just wow. unbelievable incompetence at this location. my subs were missing ingredients, had wrong ingredients, and tiny-tiny meat and cheese portions (see pics). i reached out to customer service and they did absolutely nothing to make things right. i can’t believe this store (and subway as a whole) is still in business. maybe spend less money on sellout athletes and more money on proper training. bye, subway!

Today I purchased 4 Chicken subs. I personally ate only half of it because it was smell fish.
After we left I told that to other 3 friends and they said same thing, heavy fish smell in chickens. I didn’t have time to go back and discuss about it but it affected my stomach all day Other than food quality , service was quick and employees were polite.

Sometime the service is good. Most of the time they seem very slow and they purposely shut the open sign off before closing to deter anyone from coming into the business. They are kind of skimpy on the amount of meat they put on your sub as well.

Why offer a call in and order out service if your phones are jacked up? Love hearing a deafeningly loud screech for no reason before being hung up on. And this wasn’t just a one time thing. This happened on two different phones every time we called for 30 minutes straight!

I have always enjoyed Subway sandwhiches. I was really busy the night that I came here, so I just popped in for some takeout. I ordered the tuna sandwich. They offer a wide variety of toppings that you can add to your sandwich including lettuce, tomato, olives, and dressings. It’s a very reasonably priced place too. I think Subway offers the best sub sandwiches around the area. The only complaint I have about this place was the sandwich maker / cashier on duty that night. He barely had a personality and to be honest, I think he could be replaced by a robot. All he asked us literally was if we wanted any other sandwiches and what toppings we wanted. He wasn’t even very friendly when I asked him how he was doing. If you can do with a not-so-nice sandwich maker and cashier, then this is a good place. Otherwise, I wouldn’t really recommend it.

Subway has the most decent priced subs in town. The spicy Italian sandwiches are my favorite as well as the tuna sandwiches. At this location the building is clean, the service is usually good, and the food is fresh to order.

I went in to this subway yesterday(2-7-19) at 3:30 pm. The lady working was extremely rude. I received no greeting when I walked in, that’s fine. I had to wait for her to finish whatever she was doing in the back, again fine. I order a 6 inch veggie sub no cheese that took her maybe 1 minute to make. I tell her I want all the spices and oil/vinegar. She puts parmesan on it, and I say I’m sorry I didn’t want parmesan. She ignores me and continues making my sandwich. I reiterate to her that I didn’t want any parmesan. She snaps at me and says that parmesan is one of the spices so next time say no parm. She angrily starts remaking my sandwich, slopping everything together, forgeting some ingredients in the process.I didn’t realize till I was eating it but there’s no way I was going back inside. I received no bye, have a good day, nothing. I will not be returning.

Showed up at lunch time on Saturday 11/13 and they said they had no brewed tea (and told me they were not making any) and gave me the smallest amount of veggies I’ve ever seen on a sandwich combo for $15. Larry’s Giant Subs is same price and gives you at at least 2-3x more of a sandwich.
