The Mexican lady was mad that she had to make me whole pizza she had rude tone. I get my pizza in a cloed box I then get to my house And there a fly on my pizza. I go back to the store to talk about it when I saw she looked very sacred and nervous. Sabarro pleas do I investigationi it happen from 11:00am to 12 pm jul 24 I talked to Manger but she ignored me .

The worker was extremely rude and almost looked like she didn’t want to take our order with the attitude she had. Ordered two strambolis to-go and when I got home cut them in half and they both didn’t have anything inside. Such a RIPOFF!!! It’s all bread inside. Beware when ordering here.

Pizza was cold even though they put it in the oven for like 20 seconds. Probably the worse pizza I’ve had in my life. They also gave me a cup of ice. Not a cup of soda because it was 95% full of ice. Service was horrible, workers look like they don’t want to be there and were rude. Will not be returning.

Food is very expensive. A little bowl of pasta with no meat sauce $15. I can go to Chicago pasta house or so and get a salad huge plate of pasta with meat sauce, bread and all for 12.50. Makes no sense these prices. This mall is dead and shouldn’t charge extra for that especially with a Texas road house and all just across the street.

The service was good,but the food is so bland; marinara sauce was watery and tasteless,and vegetables on the salad were past their fresh,optimum period,the garlic bread was decent.

Sorry, but after the food was heated up which they still managed to burn the bottom the inside stayed cold and rubbery. Also the workers gave me such a look that made me feel like I better not complain..bottom line, I took one bite and tossed it in the trash.

The food here is kind of like an Italian style. You can choose from a variety of foods to have pasta pizzas lasagna and you can choose a combo which can come with a mixture of any of these three. Their Pizza is really good I I normally don’t say that about every pizza but this pizza was exceptional. The Colony here every now and then and I really enjoy every visit.
