This establishment was quite disappointing. My husband and I found the chicken wings to be entirely lacking in flavor, and the pizza was even less enjoyable. I truly sympathized with our waitress, as she appeared to be the sole server for more than 15 tables. The only positive aspect of our visit was the ice cream sundae my daughter received.

Food was average. Atmosphere is pretty good….typical sports bar but they have plenty of seating, a stage for bands, a good number of large tv’s. Service was a disaster. Drink orders mixed or, food orders mixed up, slow service. We’ll try again another night and see if it’s any better.

Visited this place on Thursday decent crowd for Thursday in Bartlett IL food is decent they are open late so one of the few places in the area. Plenty options of draft beer hospitality from the bartenders THANK YOU ROSS

We went to see the band “Brass from the Past”. The place was pretty big. The main room had a big bar in the back and in front they had pub style table and chairs. The menu had a good variety of typical bar/pub kind. Burgers, wings, chicken, pizza. Prices were pretty decent. My husband got a burger. It was good but the fries were cold. I had rhe steak sandwich and my fries were actually still partly frozen. I had to flag down our missing waitress and she eventually brought me new ones. The boys got wi gs to share. They had garlic parmesan and bbq. They said the gain ones were ok….too much garlic for them. The wings were pretty meaty.
My biggest complaint was the service. Our waitress kept disappearing into waitress oblivion. If we needed anything we had to flag her down. She never volunteered to come back and see how we were and if we needed anything. She never looked directly at us with speaking to us. And she was short and was very neutral with her comments. I tried to be nice to her and she was just not having it. At the end of the night the band had stopped, the lights went on and People were clearing out of the building and we were still sitting at our table looking around. Trying to find her eventually my husband had to get-up-and-go to the bar. And ask them to send her over. When she finally did come over, she brought the receipt and put it. Face down on the table and left without saying a word. Her name was Vanessa. Justin case anybody was wondering. Poor service aside it didn’t damper the fun we had! Nice place and I would go back….. I’d just ask for a different waitress!

Typical sports bar that host live bands on weekends. If you want to interact witg the band and meet them in person you might want to watch them here.
The only downside is. If you plan on coming early for dinner. You still have to pay $10 cover.

Orders were all wrong, attitude from the waitresses. Pool tables suck and take money but the balls don’t come out.
Was our first time back since having kids 10 years ago and it will be the last..

Why would a waitress serve me cold Gyros &Fries? Also the Gyros tasted stale & the fries were stiff & crunchy…

It’s always sad when a local favorite starts to roll down hill. I’ve been coming here since I was a teenager and brought my 2 year old daughter in for the first time.
We were greeted rudely by a waitress, we grabbed a table and when I asked if we could get a booster seat she was rude again.
The waitress informed us of the drink selection from soda to Alcohol, and then she promptly just walked away. No drink order taken, I couldn’t put in my daughter’s food order either.
We sat for another 15 minutes, wholly ignored by the wait staff and decided to leave. We went over to North of the Border where the staff was actually happy to help us.
This was not a busy night, including us there was 4 tables, and all of those tables had their food and were either finishing up or in the middle of eating. Absolutely no reason for this kind of experience at a place that has been supported by our community for as long as it has.
