I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience my mother had at your restaurant on 3-2-25 After ordering a spinach stromboli, she was met with a dismissive attitude from a staff member who refused to provide a receipt, stating, “I’ll remember you.”
When she returned to pick up her order, she received the wrong item and was told that spinach strombolis are not made regularly. Additionally, when she requested a refund, the staff member insisted on seeing the receipt.
While the issue was ultimately resolved, the lack of communication and poor customer service was disappointing. I hope you will address this to improve future customer experiences.

Pizza was good. The female cashier can be more attentive to her customers instead of entertaining some guy in line behind me that didn’t appear to be buying anything. She was handing me my receipt, but looking and talking to him. My receipt feel out of my sight and she didn’t bother to pick it up or print me another one. There was pop spilled and the pop area was sticky. Even though we don’t fill up our own drinks it was tacky and looked nasty. The female cashier can use a better attitude.

I had the spaghetti and meatballs, while it was very big portioned, they meatballs (3) weren’t. The sauce was runny kinda like the consistency of water. Definitely not worth the price. My husband had the pizza, again the slices are big, he said he wouldn’t pay the price for them.again.

I went in today again to your restaurant located in the town center of aurora Colorado.
My kids love this pizza and so do i honestly its worth every dime. What completely RUINS the visit is the costumer service. The folk that work here really seem to hate everyone who wants to buy food here. They are not kind to us or anyone i see approach.
They have been working here fo a while now and their attitude never has been a welcoming one. We rarely visit regardless of how good the puzza is. I wish you guys would inspect the way they handle costumers and you would see its a problematic behavior for any business.
I really hope our comments make a difference because by reading thiz reviews, many ppl are complaining of the same thing from the same location. We are not asking for free food yet they are the most rude ppl in this whole mall, and ive visited this mall for many years. Please sbarro so better, iknow its a tough time and people dont want to work like they did, but this people definitely do not want to work, and really dont care about your brand, business or costumers. Really disappointing visit again.

My husband and I went in to pick up a couple of whole pizzas. We went in at about 5:50 and were told they weren’t making any more pizzas for the day because they were closing at 6:30! Are you guys not open with the mall holiday hours?? According to the holiday hours, mall stores are open until 8:00 pm!! Why are you guys closing an hour and a half earlier? Very disappointed.

This place is TRASH !!! all the men that work there have no respect at all . they all do nothing but make fun of people coming in and out of the line . I was in line after a lady and a short black man proceeded to talk to the lady as rude as he could . using bad language and waving his hands in the air like he is getting paid to mistreat people so poorly . the manager always is wiping sweat off his head and touching food NEVER WASHING HIS HANDS .
