I dont eat burgers from Burger King in university often but everytime I decide to come to this location they always screw up on a simple burger order. 3 ppl in the restaurant already eating i walk in order texas whopper with a buffalo dipping sauce . I get my order no buffalo sauce I sit down to open my burger no and a sticker on it says no mayonnaise why? I never said the wrod mayonnaise during my order these people just cant get a simple order right to save their lives. idk what the fast food industry has come to anymore smh. we’ll at least the one on loop 288 gets the order right sometimes

I ordered Uber eats from this place. Burger King used to buy one get one free whopper also order another whopper total three whoppers. I only received two whoppers. I contacted Uber Eats to report my missing proper. They didn’t wanna give me a refund or a credit towards my whopper take a picture and show them. It was only two whoppers instead of three myself contact the business bureau and report this Burger King in Uber Eats.

Had to wait in the parking lot for food I ordered before I drove here. When I arrived, they let two people who got here after me skip the line (two drive thru entrances) for seemingly no reason. Food was fine, so two stars instead of one.

I used to like this chain but over time they have progressive gotten worse. Customer service is very poor and the employees genuinely dont seem to care. The food gets smaller while the price rises..little better then McDonald’s. It isnt as much about he amount of food to be honest but the value of what you get versus what you pay

The store is decorated beautifully for the holidays, the staff is always friendly and my meal was hot and prepared timely for the size of the order. Willing to accommodate requests like no salt on the fries etc.

Good customer service. The cashier was really nice and took my order pretty quickly. Didn’t take very long at all, like no more than 5min at most. Everything behind the counter looked pretty clean and organized, all of the employees were wearing masks, gloves and aprons. Lobby was very clean, no trash, no dirty tables and all of the chairs were straight. Drink station looked really good too and none of the trash cans were over flowing like some places I’ve been to..
Bathroom looked good too, seems like they pay good attention to it. Would absolutely recommend this burger king location

I swear by all the salt in me
I ordered a Dr Pepper with no ice and got a bunch of ice. That wouldn’t have been enough to post a review, but the fries had almost no salt, and the nuggets were flat and over-fried. I was very disappointed.
