Very nice atmosphere and very friendly service. We had potato and egg burrito and Barbacoa tacos. It was absolutely delicious! They even sell Barbacoa (cheek meat) by the pound to go.

First of all I had low expectations because the place didn’t standout. The prices are very very reasonable. I was annoyed because I asked for burrito with rice and beans and the said they ran out rice. I ask to substitute with soup and they said they ran out. So I got Alpastor burrito with beans on the side and a side of guacamole.
I took a bite of the guacamole and the first thing I realized was it was freshly made chunky guacamole with the right amount of lime. It tastes home made. The burrito was out of this world. Better than Filiberto’s. I came back the next day to get tamales and a burrito to go. I was just passing through.

An extra 5 min off the highway was totally worth it. We got breakfast burritos while traveling through on I40. The burritos were a great value for the portion size and the tortilla was high quality. I would recommend and will probably be stopping by next time we make this trip. The freshly squeezed juice was a hit and the young ladies working the counter were helpful and provided great service.

I love coming here. Whenever I’ve ordered a meal it feels more like a home cooked meal. The breakfast anytime is my favorite. They have coffee to go with your breakfast or aguas frescas along with soda, juice, and beer bottles. And some desserts.

Food was fresh & served hot, vegetables were chilled & so very fresh. Chips were fresh & crispy. Salsa was flavorful. We definitely will be eating here often! Highly recommend!

Why haven’t I known about this place. Don’t judge them from the outside. The food is authentic and homemade. We enjoyed everything that we had. The Gorditas with the barbacoa was our favorite. The beans which are usually an afterthought for most restaurants were delicious. I can’t wait to go back and try the breakfasts. The waitress was so kind and helped our kids practice their Spanish too!
