In the past, the pizza at the Canonsburg location was good. So we ordered last night and picked up. The pizza was terrible. Crust soft and soggy, cheese not melted, almost no sauce. It seemed to be a reheat, not fresh. I called to tell them about it. As I explained, no reaction from the woman that answered the phone. The only single response was all our pizzas made fresh. There was basically no apology, nothing. It was like talking to a wall! I told her I think you should know about this. Again, no response. I finally gave up and ended the call. Will not be going back to the Canonsburg Papa Johns!!

Ordered delivery, and it showed in less than 30 minutes. We thought the pizza was good after cutting the slices better. we just couldn’t pull them apart. We tried the New York style.

We ordered 2 specialty pizzas.. both no onion.. both came with onion.. .. the Buffalo chicken pizza is NOT what it used to be.. they use “grilled” chicken instead of chicken poppers, and they don’t use a ranch sauce with a buffalo swirl anymore… It’s just straight buffalo…both pizzas were made incorrectly, but still tasted good..

I understand pickup times MAY be extended due to how busy you are – however, when someone places an order an hour or more before the requested pickup time, this order SHOULD obviously be done when you arrive. They had forever to plan ahead and figure this out.

Told me it would be 1&1/2 for delivery which was fine…after 2 hours the pizza didn’t arrive. I called and they said, “we’re closed” and I explained I ordered food that never arrived. They said they tried to deliver it which I was looking out the window for. The manager tried to argue with me and said they refunded me which they did not. He then hung up on me when I asked for a reason that my order wasn’t delivered. Huge lack of professionalism in this location as well as respect. I love papa Johns and recently relocated to PA, but I will never order from this store again.

Have ordered from this location twice. Pizza is very good, but delivery times are well over an hour after they say 30-40 minutes. Last time we ordered it was over an hour and a half wait for a large 2-topping. Inexcusable when the Pizza Hut right next door always has orders ready in 15-20 minutes for carryout and is always on time with their delivery. Again, great pizza but wouldn’t recommend it based on the delivery times.

I ordered the exact same things 3 days before because they save my previous orders, and it costed $7 more than what i paid for some reason. The staff( or manager) is extremely rude and has a really unwelcoming attitude about him. Lost his cool during the order, basically yelled at me while explaining something, and when i got there to pick up my order, he got a really annoyed face, as if working there is a torture to him or something. Would never recommend here
