First And Last Do We order food from there for deliver. They take two hours after one hour. They say they on the way and then After We Calling Back de seis 10 more Minutes and then we were calling back because I didn’t say anything. They say that they’re not gonna send it cause it wasn’t ready too long. The pizza wasn’t ready yet. They’re been lying. They made me Waiting For Two Hours, me and my kids and the Family. The food is good and everything. It’s just the Service. I had to go on person to get the pizza after two hours and I’m just pulling the complain now for the place the Service that’s bad. Service

Never ever again will i go to this s##thole. This is the second time here. The first time we ordered delivery and it was ok and delivery was about 30 minutes longer then they quoted, but we try to give everyone a second chance just in case it was an off day. We ordered pick-up 2 medium pizzas through the app. When the app said our order was ready I headed down to pick it up. I only live about 5 minutes away. When I got there I was greeted abruptly and rudely and then told my order was the next one up. I let them know that it should already be done and I showed them the app. The girl rolled her eyes and said yeah I don’t know what to tell you. After waiting for another 10 minutes I asked again where my order was from a different employee who called out to the back. It got really quiet so I knew something was wrong. Again. I heard them arguing, or rather trying to decide what to tell me. I heard one employee say to tell me that it was up next. The second employee to help said you already told him that. Another employee asked much longer it was and I heard the answer, “I forgot to make it.” They came out and told me there was some kind of mix up and they would get on it now. I asked then about the 1st pizza and how it would be sitting there for almost 40 minutes. They were very pleased to agree with me because they made it right. I asked for them to remake and they said ok. When the order was finally complete the gave me a fresh pizza and the really old and rubbery pizza. Just don’t eat there or waste your time or money here. Not worth it. I truly was disappointed and offended. Everything about the order from start to finish was wrong.

Walked in and placed my order for a personal pizza and a drink. Paid cash. She told me it would be about 15 minutes. When 15 minutes was up I still didn’t have my pizza. Upon asking they told me it would be about 30 more minutes. What!!! Yes, see supposedly a bunch of orders came in via not walk in and they got priority over mine. Sad way to do business in my opinion. Yes it was not a large order but people who walk in and pay cash deserve to be served in a timely manor too!! Management only said sorry and gave me my money back.

I used to get great service here but I don’t know what happened recently. There were two instances where the online app was not working or applying my coupon and rather than try and help me out they told me to ‘check with my bank’ or that I could ‘buy a more expensive pizza in the store’ with the coupon instead. A most recent experience I came in and they would not give me my order until I gave them the last digits of my credit card which I found very unprofessional. Why exactly am I reading out my credit card info with my name in public? They said ‘people have been stealing pizzas’.

Tried this pizza for the first time about a month and a half ago, been there 4 times since. This flavored stuffed crust satisfies every taste bud my mouth has to offer. It even kept my kid quiet for a whopping 11 minutes. I’ve been eating pizza professionally now for over 37 years and this one is a close second of not tied in the lead. I’ll leave that up to you.

We got quoted 20 to 25 minutes for a simple 2 large Pepperoni pizza order. I waited for almost 40 minutes inside the restaurant even though they said it would only be 5 more minutes when I got there. I can’t wait until Straw Hat pizza opens up here in town.

I used to order every week and thought the staff was wonderful but I don’t know what happened I ordered and they were clearly busy the pizza took a long time to get delivered and both pizzas were burned. I called to let them know to slow down because they were sending out burnt pizza and they only offered to replace one pizza next order, so that was not cool to leave us hanging like that. I ended up giving them another chance after that and ordered delivery again and this time as I was eating a slice there was a hair baked into the crust and it was so gross it still makes me sick to think about it and I haven’t ordered since. I don’t know what’s going on there but I no longer trust their sanitation or that I’m getting properly prepared quality food and it’s a Bummer because I really liked this place.
