When I picked up my pizza, there was a large grease stain on the top of the box. After I had already paid, I asked if I could get a napkin to wipe it off. Instead, the employee used a rag to wipe the top of my pizza box.
What concerned me was that right after wiping my box, the same rag was used to wipe down the counters. That made me question how clean the rag actually was and whether it should have been used on a food container. It left me feeling uneasy about the cleanliness practices.

I was sad when the old Cottage Inn location closed in town, so I was pretty excited to see this spot opening up. The pizza tasted great, and the employees were on top of their game. The only negative mark was the deep dish needed a little longer cook in the oven because the crust was super soft in the middle (delicious, but was better the 2nd day after cooking more in the home oven). We’ll definitely be returning customers because the menu has a lot of variety that the other local pizza places don’t have. Keep up the great work guys!

Placed my order on line. I ordered butter parm on the crust did not get it. the pizza is dry barley any sauce the topping extremely light the cheese bread no butter parm also the driest cheese bread ive ever had . Did Not come with sauce . This was my first time ordering cottage inn and it is also last.
imma stick with Tiffanys or slice of Italy way better pizza n food!

Ordered bbq boneless wings. Wings came plain and with a COLD side of bbq sauce in a cup. Yum. Maybe cook the sauce on the wings ‍♂️ The pizza was mediocre at best. Bottom of pizza was floppy. Bad first visit.

We came all the way from Newport because I missed the cottage inns where I used to live. This place is absolutely terrible. The food tasted like it was made the day before and they reheated it or something. The chicken was rubbery and dry and everything else was very old tasting.
