I really hate to leave such a negative review but the last three time I have been here the service has been horrible a couple of weeks ago I had walked in about a hour and half before they closed looked like most of the food had been put up for the night and the all three subs I was going to order the employee work had told me that subway had done away with those subs, then about a week ago I came in for lunch so around 12:30 or 1 that day the girl working was on her phone for about five minutes before she even realized I was there but tonight was the final straw that broke the camel’s back for me I got here four hours before they so around 6 maybe 6:30 and the guy working had already started to clean or close things down for the night just seemed over all annoyed that he even had customers coming in. I won’t be back I know there’s another subway not far up the road that has much better service. I also feel that there should at least be two employees working not just one while at the same time I feel that if employees are going to get that annoyed at doing literally their job then they should be working somewhere else.

Top notch first visit to this actually very nice looking Subway. Service was absolutely exceptional when I came here a few days ago, as well as the food. The place is very clean and cared for very nicely. Overall, a fantastic experience.

I just had my son get me a Philly cheese steak with the bread not toasted. Who the heck eats the meat cold. They did not heat the meat or melt the cheese. It is ridiculous. So we paid for a sandwich that got thrown away. It was nasty.

We’ve been to this Subway many times but this time it wasn’t as good. They didn’t have the bread we wanted and they didn’t have the desert we asked for. They seemed to be out of many things … don’t know why but it was not a great experience.

The workers are fantastic and provide wonderful customer service. Everything is always fresh and made well. Brayden, Lisa, Gabby, & Destiny are so friendly and welcoming.
HOWEVER, I only visit this restaurant when the owner is not present. He is rude, and hateful and makes unnecessary comments as well as talking down to his employees. The environment is just overall worse if he is present. The things he says in front of customers are inappropriate and I can only imagine what is said behind closed doors.

As a retired restaurant owner, i can tell you that the people who work for you can either make or break your business. I stopped inside to grab a quick sub, and met two very professional (and extremely kind) employees working named Alex and Jen. I’m new to the area, and they informed and educated me about the surroundings of this location. Not only were they both professional, courteous, friendly, and had the answers to all of my questions……..they greeted me with a smile, and a true greeting (not fake at all)! The food was prepared to perfection, i learned a great deal about the area, and had a few laughs as well. I truly hope Jen and Alex get the recognition and praise they deserve. I actually owned 4 different restaurants on a resort island, and i can tell you that these two would have jobs immediately. They do their jobs correctly while wearing an authentic smile, and that’s how it’s supposed to be! The food was great, everything was fresh, i didn’t have to wait long, and these two dedicated staff members were the icing on the cake. Thanks again Alex and Jen!

It was very good and the people was nice to deal with. Only problem i have is that they only have sweet tea, no unsweetened tea unless you buy a bottle tea. I like half and half tea. I wont be buy there to eat in much, but will continue to get something to take home.

Disappointing that this store will not honor the discount code with the Subway app is not working properly. The employees here are friendly though.
