Sunny Parrot Café is an absolute gem! Their breakfast is nothing short of amazing – everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The menu offers a great variety, and you can tell they use high-quality ingredients. On top of that, I had the best cup of coffee I’ve had in the last five days here – brewed to perfection. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing start to the day. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for a spot that delivers both fantastic food and great vibes, Sunny Parrot Café is a must-visit! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Our server & bartender Kelsey was amazing as she recommended some dishes that were all great and she was very attentive to us and very sweet. The chef came out to make sure we were enjoying our food as well and was very friendly. It is clean and has amazing views of the beach and ocean with inside and outside seating. We highly recommend.

I came here on a whim, off season in October, strictly because I was craving breakfast…it was a little strange that this gem was hidden inside a hotel but the food and service made up for it. Their breakfast bowl was delicious…I have literally started making my own at home at least once a week now. Yall are awesome!

We noted that this cafe had a 4.8 rating, so we tried it for breakfast. While the service was good, the food was not. The sausage patties, hash browns, and chicken were way overcooked, and the biscuits were very dry.

Stumbled across this on the first day at the beach… looks a little sketchy from the outside but man were we impressed… amazing food…amazing service .. very clean … we walked 2 miles to get here and then decided the next morning to walk the 2 miles again to come back… highly recommend

Not impressed with the lunch menu or crowd while I waited for my to-go order. The photos of the menus shown on this page are not accurate as there is no grilled or blackened fish of any kind and the fish and chips that I settled for were clearly frozen food fare!
The guys at the bar were very loud and quite vulgar which took me back a bit. If they are there on a daily basis, they seem like locals, it makes the place way less than family friendly.
The breakfast may be good but I would skip it for lunch and dinner! I don’t see it as a hidden gem for sure.

Nice local place fresh made food. Nothing fancy, but hit the spot. Had 2 types of tacos. Good flavor!
