I’m very happy we found this place. The food is great, and it stands out because it has an authentic home-cooked taste that reminds me of being back in the Philippines.
When you walk in, you get welcomed in like you’re coming back to a relative’s house it just feels genuine and inviting.
Their menu does tend to change, but is posted online for viewing typically. You can see what you’re going to get beforehand. Other items like lumpia are available to order upon request.
All food is delicious especially the bistek tagalog! Ordered a mocha cake for Thanksgiving and it was a big hit at the family Thanksgiving party.
Highly recommend checking this place out especially since the atmosphere along with the food really make you feel like you’re back home in the Philippines!

Don’t arrive on time. I got there 11:30a but nothing was ready and they opened at 11a. Food not on display and drinks/cans fridge not filled. There is no menu on display, it is pick your food item from what’s available for the day.
If I recall correctly, small container is 12, large container 20, and combo plate (rice and 2 items) is 14. It’s not posted anywhere, I had to ask.
The selection is not extensive. The ambiance of the place is nice and clean though. Seats 24 by tables of 2 and 4
Overall the food is ok but really salty. They give large chunks of meat. The pork adobo was oily, and I know it gets oily normally, but the picture shows the sauce was straight oil. The sinigang was average. I don’t even think they have eggs rolls, they weren’t on display or written anywhere as available to purchase.
The service is kind, but they need to get coordinated. I thought they were offering a free dessert for them not being ready at opening, but it was simply a suggestion for me to purchase.

There was an extremely meager choice of entrees and desserts. I tasted their bicol express , kare kare (no bagoong available) , pork Adobo and sinigang. All of them except the sinigang was very oily . The Adobo left a very salty after taste and the bicol express which the cashier dubbed, “packs a kick”, has an extremely lack luster kick. I perceive the kare kare was made salty to offset the lack of accompanying bagoong. The place is clean and cozy. There is a nice ambiance but the price doesnt justify the overall experience. I honestly tasted a bit of oil overdose after my meal inspite of limited comsumption of the sauce of my meat orders. I attribute it to the fact that even their pancit is oily. We went to this place looking for a nice alternative to eat when we visit the Lexus dealership nearby, we will definitely not go back here and I certainly would no recommend this place to a friend.

We love Bistro Manila! It’s the only Filipino restaurant in our area. We would usually order food to go when we are craving for Filipino food. Recently, we celebrated our son’s baptism in the restaurant and we were not disappointed. The food is always delicious and the owners are so friendly and nice.

Just tried this chill Filipino spot. The food was delicious, they have a daily menu and everyone was so kind to go over the menu for that day. Homey vibes, friendly staff—total comfort food haven. Highly recommend for a low-key, tasty escape.

A wonderful, homey, and cozy place to have a Filipino meal whenever you’re just wandering and hungry in Naperville.
FYI: Food selection changes everyday and mostly stays the same during the weekend, so you have a chance to try a variety of foods.
Highly suggest trying their tocino. They make their own recipe for it, and omg, it’s so tender and flavorful! Thank goodness I saved some leftovers for later. I also suggest trying their lechon sisig and menudo.
The young man and his mother who served and greeted us were extremely friendly and helpful. They really make you feel like you’re having a comforting meal at home.
Will definitely be back! I gotta grab more of that dessert.

Super cute bistro with very authentic Filipino dishes. I loved the chicken adobo and pancit. I was super excited they had halo halo and served it in a large glass to enjoy while dining in. They had a great selection of authentic baked goods like babingka (the time/day that I went (your visit might yield different items or availability). The atmosphere is very casual and relaxed – you order at the counter and sit anywhere you would like. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for an authentic Filipino meal!

We made a stop at the place on our way back to Indiana, hoping to get some authentic Filipino food. It was a disappointment. It was overpriced. The beef bistik Tagalog was so salty, and it was so oily. It was like a soup in oil. There was too much onion and bell pepper in the sisig, and the cut of the pork was huge. The place was cozy, but it wasn’t I expected of an authentic Filipino setting. It was more of a glorified Westernize setting.
I wouldn’t come here for authentic Filipino food.

Honestly appalled that this place has as high a rating as it does. Came in the evening and all the food looked overcooked. I got the adobo and tocino and they were both severely overcooked and were also mostly fatty pieces. This place is an affront to filipino food. Go to jofen or Aurora instead

It was our first time here and owners are very welcoming. You choice what you want to eat as you walk in then have a sit. Food is home cooked and well prepared in portion size. Cozy sitting area where there is music in the background playing. You can get a cup of water or get a beverage from the refrigerator. They do have desserts and I enjoyed my Halo Halo was good on this hot weather today. I can’t wait to come back on a Saturday. Their menu changes everyday and every week which is a plus.
