Review for Subway
Food: The food gets 5 stars for consistency. It’s exactly what you’d expect from Subway—meeting the standard every time. If you’re here for the sandwiches and nothing else, this location delivers.
Service: Unfortunately, the service is lacking. The staff seem uninterested and unprofessional, often acting like they don’t want to be there. I understand that Subway might not be anyone’s dream job, but at least leave those attitudes in the back. At the counter, professionalism matters. They sometimes wear AirPods, making it seem like they can’t hear you, which is frustrating. On one visit, I overheard three employees discussing inappropriate topics like clubbing and explicit relationships—right at the counter with customers present. Conversations like that should stay in the breakroom, not in front of patrons.
Atmosphere: The atmosphere is mediocre. Some of the seating is missing tables or has other issues, and I’ve yet to find a truly clean table here. Despite long stretches without customers, the staff are often on their phones instead of cleaning the dining area. The Subway is part of a truck stop, so foot traffic is heavy, and the lack of a separate gas station bathroom means people frequently walk through the restaurant to use the restroom, adding to the chaos.
Summary: The food meets Subway’s standard, so if you don’t care much about service or atmosphere, it’s worth stopping in for a quick bite. However, if cleanliness and professional service are dealbreakers, you might want to look elsewhere.

I will say on the positive that the employees are friendly and pleasant. on the negative, half of the time when they are not busy the employees are in the back forcing you to either track them down or wait for them. out of the last 9 times that I have ordered here, 3 times my order was made incorrectly, 3 times when I ordered off of the app. they didn’t carry the sandwiches available on the app. so my order was cancelled all three times, only once did they reach out to me to inform me. The one time that I did order in they were out of 2 of the sandwiches. They don’t honor any of the nationwide promotions. Why can’t you carry the item’s on the app? is it that cost prohibitive to buy buffalo sauce? Same with keeping your inventory stocked. I will no longer order from this Subway. Good luck to you.

When the lady pulled my bread out to make my sandwich she knew it was stale and hard, but didn’t say anything. I paid $20 for a ham sandwich with inedible bread. Not with the stop.

Subway located next to the gas station. Despite the line, the Subway staff did an excellent job getting everyone’s order filled quickly without compromising the quality of our sandwich (too much/too little veggies/condiments/cheese). At other locations, occasionally, the orders were slightly. incorrect when there were very long lines. Fortunately, that was not the case here as the staff was very productive and professional.

To the young lady behind the counter,
I did not choose your career path. When customer is standing in front of you waiting order you open your mouth and speak. I don’t want to hear that I am the problem because you haven’t got your chores done. I’m helping pay your wage so the next time a customer is ordering how about you make their sandwich the way you are supposed to and save the huffing and puffing till after they leave.

I can’t leave the review without checking at least one star but wouldn’t check that if I had that choice because this Subway had the worst service of any eating facility I have ever been in.
I waited at the chicken place run by the same people for about 5 minutes while the girl was counting the register. She finally told me it would be a few minutes before she could help me. I finally went to the Subway counter to get a sandwich. Then there was a man and his family that spent at leat 10 minutes trying to get someone to come out from the back to wait on him. Someone finally came out and told him there was only two people there and unless he was standing where they could see him from the back they wouldn’t know he was there! Terrible service.

The new sliders are pretty good if you’re looking for a little snack between meals. The only thing that shocked me was their size. They are tiny. But, they pack a lot of flavor in that tiny package. I will probably have them again when I just want a quick snack.

If you are real hungry get them to fix a Big Boy sandwich,it’s not on the menu but i’m the one that came up with it,you tell them you want 1 of each of the sliced meats,1 each of the cheeses,and then get it toasted,from there get what you want. It’s a little pricey but it is good.
