This is a coffee shop stand within a grocery store. Fast, friendly service. Wait time next to nothing. Typical Caribou drink and food options. Shared dining space seats 32. Not bad for a shop inside a store!

It gets 2 stars because I love Caribou Coffee. However, I got here before 6pm and they didn’t give me the happy hour discount. After asking why not they said their till time was off and they were unable to do anything about it. The lady at the till didn’t seem to be too confident in her answers. Not very happy. It was the main reason I came to this location.

Never get your order right even if it’s their drink. Ordered a vanilla cooler with a shot of espresso the other day. I didn’t even drink it and had no time to go back. I couldn’t taste espresso or even coffee. It taste like the water they use to rinse an icecream scoop with.

I am very disappointed. I paid extra for toppings and bought a turtle mocha, I end up getting caramel high rise with no topping and it was very rude. I’m not gonna drink this. Dear Manager make sure your employee boy work at 5pm on Saturdays doing his jobs. I paid and asked for what I want and I did not get it. Hope you see this review and contact me. Your employees are doing horrible job.

I will admit I was skeptical to try again since I’ve gotten horrendous attitude from a couple girls that work back there before but from the new employee info sheets out front they both seem to be gone and it was happy hour so I just couldn’t resist getting my campfire mocha. The new manager is super sweet and made my drink just right!

first of all i have never had an issue about getting my free coffee before.THIS WOMAN LITERALLY FAUGHT ME because i am lactose and used almond milk. honestly i would rather go to a gas station then this caribou. i’m not saying it’s a big deal i ended up paying a dollar, but the fact that she was disrespectful . i will be making the correct calls. if u want amazing caribou GREAT SERVICE go to 45th one, totally worth it. they are the best coffee experience they are SWEET AND FAST.
