We do a weekly men’s group/Bible study here. These are broken men; former drug addicts, alcoholics… the worst parts of life that have recovered and are living a new life. Starbucks might have a public perception of being politically antithetical to this, but they are quite the opposite to us. They are always super hospitable and friendly, and all of the nicest things you could say about them. Props to the workers putting in the work, management and the owners. Just want to say thank you. You are doing great things.

I had a really disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. I ordered through the app, and it said “Your order is ready.” After waiting about 20 minutes, I started to wonder if I had accidentally selected the wrong store. I went up to the counter just to politely confirm that I was at the correct location. The employee responded with an eye roll and a dismissive “ummm yeah,” which felt unnecessarily rude.
I then waited another 40 minutes before my drink was finally made — a full hour after the app said it was ready. When I received it, the drink was sloppy and incomplete.
I understand places get busy, but inaccurate order notifications, long delays, and poor customer service are frustrating — especially when ordering ahead is meant to save time. I hope management addresses both the app timing issues and staff professionalism at this location.

Love coming to this Starbucks. They’re all so kind and friendly. They always greet me by my name which is very thoughtful, out of all the clients they have daily. And I don’t even come that often!!!! I love them. 🙂

Stopped here during my coast-to-coast road trip and was delighted. The parking is ample, a huge plus for travelers. Staff are exceptionally friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The cleanliness, especially in the bathrooms, is top-notch. It’s spacious with comfortable seating, perfect for a quick break. Free WiFi and plenty of outlets are available for convenience. Highly recommend for both travelers and locals!

Nice environment and atmosphere. Glad to have this after stopped by near highway. Less order: in store. Long and wait order: drive-in – that is up to you. Just good tip of you order Starbucks app in advanced then pick up which is less quick than estimated time.

Stopped in for a coffee, we are driving to the southwest. Staff was very friendly! Gave me advice on weather, etc.

Locks their bathroom doors then makes you wait 15 minutes for your order because first they forget your food, then they can’t find the food they sold you. Very disorganized and unwelcoming

unfortunately i have a dairy allergy, and on 9-24-2025 at 3:30, i ordered my drink and sandwhich without dairy (cheese and whipcream) they put the dairy products on both things i ordered although the window lady had it on the ticket. The woman at the window was really kind and even noticed they messed up the drink before handing it to me. even after they fixed my drink and sandwich they put whipcream in the middle of the drink (i suppose to be sneaky) and wrote “you suck” on the cup. They should just learn to read, then things wouldnt need to be remade.
