We had the special on Tuesday night, which was the chicken bowl. There was lots of chicken and you can customize the bowl to suit your tastes. The veggies, rice and bean were also great. It is a very large bowl and a great deal for the price you pay. You can get either a chicken bowl or chicken burrito. So delicious and filling! If you haven’t tried it yet, you really should!

Food is usually good. Tonight I came in and waited in line for at least 15 minutes before I could order. When I got up to the window the girl hollered back that she was still waiting on steak and shrimp. I asked for a steak bowl. She said they were waiting on steak. I asked how long. She said she didnt know. Then asked the people in the back. They said they didnt know. She asked if I wanted another protein. I said no, I wanted steak and asked again how long. If it was going to be 3 minutes or 10 minutes. She again said she didnt know and the cooks didnt either. I found it quite disappointing to wait in line so long, only to be told they had no idea how long it would be, for something they cook numerous times a day, every day. And she had obviously been waiting at least 15 minutes because that’s how long I was in line. A simple “It will be a 5 minute wait.”, would have been sufficient enough. But apparantly no one there knows how long it takes to cook steak pieces.

There was 3 in our party. I asked if they knew how to make a perfect margarita and the bartender came to the table and said “this is not Applebee’s” I was like I don’t know anything about that as I never go there. I ordered chicken tostata and when it came it looked like canned cold chicken with mayo and the whole dinner was cold. Horrible!! I will never go back as that lady was so rude which was not necessary.

Very helpful in the assembling process where I’d never been to a QDOBA before. Industrial atmosphere which I personally am not into. Food was actually pretty good—not like a sit down restaurant but ok. Thanks QDOBA!

When my family walked in we weren’t greeted at all, it was almost like they were mad we came in. I could understand if they were busy but there was only 2 people eating inside. Out of the 3 on the line the only half way friendly person was the girl working the cash register. If my family didnt enjoy the food so much we would have just walked out. After we sat down to eat we noticed that there was no management in sight, not even a shift lead. Unless the staff changes I don’t believe we will ever go back to this location again. Its sad because it could be a great place if someone taught these kids customer service.

My volleyball team visited this Qdoba on September 25 after our volleyball games. When we walked in, you could tell the three girls working were not happy to see all of us. They asked if we were all paying separate and I responded yes, and then the expression on their face really didn’t show they were happy to see us. I had used my QR code to scan 13 entrées, and only two of the points ended up on my app. I never took the receipt because I thought they had gone in my app and then I checked on my way home and only two of them were entered. Needless to say, we didn’t have a great experience here, and next time we return to Scottsbluff, we definitely will not be eating here.

had a burrito brought home and i’m in tears (im pregnant and it’s all i wanted) and the chicken was burnt beyond belief. i don’t complain much but i could not eat my burrito because that’s all i could taste and im so sad. I’ll never eat at this specific location again. i’m actually traumatized.
EDIT: called today since they closed early and we lived an hour away so we didn’t get home and open our food until right as they closed. They didn’t care, paid way too much for food that was thrown away and they offered us a “small discount” that’s insane. It was completely inedible and had to be tossed. The fact you think that’s edible is insane you obviously need to have that restaurant closed down

The employees are great, but the portions are horrible. I assume it’s how they were trained to measure things out, but compared to any other Qdoba I’ve been to it is abysmal.

We have gotten food here before & never had issues but tonight it was awful. Ordered food for a family of 6. Got home discovered that the steak bowl I ordered wasn’t even half full asked for Xtra steak I was lucky if I got 3 good pieces of steak & they didn’t but the cheese on it There was so much fat & there was not Xtra steak. The other food we ordered was horrible also hardly any shrimp in the shrimp bowl. My sons chicken burrito had no chicken in it. My other sons burrito was missing things.

It’s hard to say what’s good pricing anymore with inflation, but you get what you pay for here! I’m still able to get 2 meals out of 1 order ($13.62 total), and I got the new habanero steak!
Quality was awesome. I’ve been here a few times for work trips, and it’s a go-to. The place was clean before lunch and the staff were friendly & efficient.
