This is the best coffee in Pullman. There is real craftsmanship behind what they are doing here, not shortcuts, not hype, just consistently great coffee.
The space is small but well thought out, with around 15 to 20 seats and reliable WiFi if you need to get some work done. It’s also just as good for sitting down and having an old fashioned conversation, yep, talking!
Combining coffee roasters (Kamiak) with an artisanal bakery (Regina’s) was a killer move, and it is clearly paying dividends. The staff is friendly, the vibe is relaxed, and to make it perfectly clear, this is the best coffee in town.

Absolutely the best coffee shop in the area! ☕️
I can’t say enough good things about this place. The coffee is unmatched — rich, smooth, and brewed to perfection every time. Their pastries are always fresh and delicious (seriously, try anything in the case and you won’t be disappointed).
On top of the amazing drinks and treats, the atmosphere is warm and inviting — the perfect spot to start your morning, get some work done, or catch up with a friend. The staff is always so kind and welcoming, they make you feel like a regular even on your first visit.
If you’re looking for great coffee, incredible baked goods, and a feel-good vibe, this is the spot!

Truly superb coffee is hard to find. I knew we were in good hands when the shots are pulled in the open and the syrups are measured into each cup on a scale. I had a mocha and I was very pleased, now I wish I had just gone for an Americano. But coffee is only half the story, the in-house, French pasteries are also next level. Try anything, you’ll enjoy it.

Absolutely love all of the homemade coffee flavors and delicious pastries. They’re probably my favorite coffee shop in Pullman. My only complaint is none of the seating is very comfortable so it’s more of a place you drop in quickly.

Impeccable service and scrumptious treats, this place is a gem. I would recommend trying the orange chocolate monkey bar if you are a fan of chocolate with a tinge of zest. Speaking of vibe, it has a beautiful backdrop of local farms and is a perfect place to hang out with friends, enjoy the solitude or catch up on some homework ! 5/5 ✨

I was in Pullman as part of a wildfires aviation support suppression team. We were based at Pullman-Moscow Regional Airport so seeing the sign for Knead piqued my curiosity, and I am thankful for that small sign! Great coffee, great service; no politics, no nonsense, just good coffee and their food looked tantalizingly delicious (Keto kept me from indulging though they probably had Keto-friendly options). Being pressed for time, I made a coffee selection and asked for a 12oz bag of their Kamiak coffee to take back home with me when my rotation was over with; I chose “The Lassen”. This proved to be a fine choice, and my to-go macchiato was sublime! Thank you, Knead for being awesome! I highly recommend you to anyone in the Pullman/Moscow region and thank you for great coffee combined with great service!

We stopped by this morning to pick up a cuppa and a snack. After my first sip I said, “That’s good coffee!” The syrups are all scratch-made in house. The coffee roasted fresh every day. I felt like it was an indulgence, and the prices are competitive. I also tried the sausage roll. Oh. My. Goodness! The pastry is buttery, flaky layers and it literally melts in your mouth! Tucked inside is a perfectly seasoned sausage. We went mid morning and the bakery case was already sold out of danish as well as almond croissants and chocolate croissants. I’ll get there earlier next time!
The service is friendly and fast. The atmosphere is unlike any other coffee shop I’ve visited: trendy and modern in an understated way. Be sure to wash up before you eat because even the restroom is part of the experience! The plants and gallery wall are quirky and fun!

This place is awesome! The staff was super welcoming, and very knowledgeable about their products. I tried the Freddo Espresso and the Freddo Cappuccino, two drinks I had never heard of, and the pizza focaccia bread. When I got to my car to eat the bread, after my first bite I had it finished in less than 10 seconds. The texture of the milk foam had thrown me off initially with the drinks, but rapidly grew on me. Although my visit was relatively short, Knead was a 10/10.

Stopped into Knead to grab a quick bite on my way to a jobsite. The service was top-notch – quick, polite, and cheerful during the entire interaction despite being busy. The pastries looked freshly made and good portion sizes. The sausage roll was outstanding! Highly recommend stopping in for breakfast!
