I’ve been coming to Oggi’s since this fall semester started and always appreciated the value and consistency. But today I was shocked to be charged $9.99 for a salad that used to cost $3.99. My usual order, which used to total around $15.08, came out to $21.72. That’s a steep and sudden increase with no explanation or noticeable change in quality. This is extremely disappointing an increase of $6 to a salad with no reason, ridiculous price for a salad this equals to an increase of 150.38%.

This place is a great place to get a bite to eat on campus! It’s so nice that it’s connected to the bowling alley as well. Most the time the food is really good, especially as a gluten free student (HIGHLY recommended the gluten free crust it’s delicious). I did notice a few weeks into the semester that the Cauliflower crust seemed to have changed and unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend it as it it is very airy and often doesn’t seem fully cooked. The service here is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Management seems friendly but some of the student workers are honestly just rude. Don’t get me wrong, some of them are also really great! A few things I noticed that did need to be addressed is that when there’s an allergy order I notice the workers change gloves but don’t wash their hands first… this is something that should always be done when changing gloves…regardless of an allergy order or not. I also have seen a student wearing upwards of 10 bracelets and watched one drag in the sauce… a bit unsanitary. Though, none of this is the worst I’ve ever seen and I’d still say i’m comfortable eating here. One other thing is that often the pizza is assembled extremely sloppily, basically like stuff was just piled onto it. I also asked for light pepperoni and received a pizza almost completely covered in it.Being on a college campus, the prices are a bit outrageous but the food is typically really good.

Pizza was pretty darn good! I fell short of my PhD in Beerology ..but I was able to get a quick sip of what’s on tap. Definitely a must try. The fact the bowling alley was right next to it was a plus. Kid friendly too!

Food is ok, Workers are terrible everyone should be fired. Won’t take my order being the only one in line. I’ve worked customer service before and that is the laziest performance by workers I’ve ever seen. How hard is it to put marinara on the pizza then take somebody’s order. They are also not wearing hats which is unsanitary. This 5 person line I am looking at has not moved in the past 10 minutes.

Although it was clean (only reason for the 2 stars), the food was gross. Im pretty upset about eating here. Make sure to save your money and avoid this place at all costs. Pizza was uncooked, toppings weren’t fresh, and what pizza place doesn’t know how to slice a pizza correctly? Never eating here again.

I usually love this place but the girl working today, 10/27/25 @2:20pm was so rude. She wasn’t smiling at anybody and didn’t speak a word when people asked for a plate or a water cup or ranch. She just mean mugged me when I asked for ranch and I genuinely have no idea why. Sorry but the customer service today was not good.

Ordered a pizza from the QR code on our lane at the bowling alley next door. The QR code is supposed to make it easy and fast and tells them which lane to deliver the pizza. It sucked. Pizza came after 45 minutes and was room temperature like it had been sitting out for about 20 minutes before they brought it. Also specified in the order to supply napkins which they didn’t. Wish there was a way to get a refund for my tip because the workers didn’t deserve it. The pizza was not terrible just cold. I bet it’s pretty good hot. Order #15051.

College students are not the best employees so in saying that, the employees who are not students are pretty awesome. Managers and bartenders are way cooler! Just order at the bar if you want good service.
