Such a great store!! I frequent daily! I love the staff and food. They always keep it tidy and clean. The food service staff, gas attendants and cashiers are always the best. Thank you!

It’s Wawa, so whatever you buy here is going to be good. The different coffees are “excellent”! Whether you want hot or iced, you’re guaranteed to get great coffee! The subs here are better than most sub shops. We always look for Wawa whenever we travel.

I’m a daily coffee drinker, and Wawa has been my go-to for convenience and consistency—but one issue keeps getting worse and can’t be ignored anymore: the coffee cups.

This isn’t an isolated problem. I’ve experienced leaking cups across multiple Wawa locations, and it’s consistently the same issue—leaks at the seam mainly and often from the top where the lid doesn’t sit properly. I’ve ended up with coffee in my lap, soaking my car’s cup holders, and worst of all, all over my desk and paperwork after stepping away for just a moment. It doesn’t matter how good or affordable the coffee is if it ends up on the floor instead of being enjoyed.

At this point, I find myself doubling up on cups just to avoid another mess—something I’ve noticed many other customers doing as well. That can’t be good for your bottom line, and it’s certainly not good for customer satisfaction.

This has been happening far too often (well over 75% of the time), and I’ve given plenty of chances. It’s time for Wawa to step up and improve the quality of the cups. It’s not just about cost—it’s about the principle and delivering the quality experience people expect from your brand.

Do better, Wawa.

Mutatis mutandis. Got a healthful salad at 9:30pm on a July Monday. The place was hoppin’, the order was quick and handed over with a friendly smile, it was tasty, and the whole experience was pleasant and at an appropriate price.

Do better Wawa.
I’m super disappointed that there are no changing tables. Please provide a more dignified area than the toilet floor for our youngest people. They might not bring in the money but their parents do. Take a look at Kwik Trip.

Good location as ‘center of town’ for Mystic Islands’.

Just don’t complain about anything. EXTREMELY rude delivery driver set up cones about already-parked cars and then insulted customers while ordering them to move. Complained to store manager who didn’t seem to comprehend concept of who works for whom (truck driver is paid by contractor who is paid by Wawa who is paid by customer – therefore he works for me!). This is a customer-service FAILURE on multiple levels.

Millennial manager is too smug for her role – figures it’s just Wawa – you get what you want and leave; and if it sucks then oh well.

We go to WaWa In little egg all the time! Mainly for food ( mainly sandwiches) chicken salad with bacon strips is my favorite. When I opened the sandwich up I noticed something was different. There is usually a few strips of bacon, the rest is filled with chicken. Well this trip it had more bacon and hardly no chicken. Somebody new must of made it.
