Allure, Cameron, Antionio were so helpful and professional. It’s nice to walk into a location and be acknowledged. I wasn’t quite sure how to use my birthday reward, they helped me find it in the app. Even though Tropical Smoothie ONLY allows for use on the same day, so my birthday was yesterday, so the reward was gone. I do think they should extend that atleast 1 day. Birthdays are busying and sometime we don’t get to make it on our Bday. However, I understand business.. 🙂 The staff was still WONDERFUL, Helpful and provided an excellent explanation. Keep up the good work and continue to make people smile. You never know what value you bring to the customers walking through the door. THANKS

I love Tropical Smoothie and I frequent this location in Knightdale, NC frequently, therefore; it is with disappointment that I write this review. Unfortunately, I placed an order at the wrong Tropical Smoothie. I realized my error after going to the wrong TS cafe (It is 20 minutes away from the one where my order was placed). I called to see if my order could be refunded because I was on my way to work and I was told no because they already made the order. I understand I made the mistake, but I don’t understand why they could not refund my money. I would have been okay with a small coupon, but the inflexible response was a little surprising. I drove the extra 20 minutes to the correct location, because I was not giving them any extra money (My order was $20). However, what if I couldn’t pick up the food, then they would have thrown the food away or ate it themselves, which contradicts the excuse given that no refund would be given because the order was made as the food would have been wasted anyway. I am greatly disappointed in the service that I received. Thankfully my staff, who I ordered the food for, enjoyed their breakfast, which is why I gave 3 stars. I will contact corporate about this policy.

The service was excellent! I was greeted by the staff as soon as I walked in, and they encouraged me to download the Tropical Smoothie app. My smoothie was delicious, the atmosphere was clean, and the overall vibe was great. I’ll definitely be back!

I just picked up my wrap from there and it is drenched in sauce to the point where it is absolutely inedible. The wrap that it came in is soggy because of the amount of sauce that it is drenched in. I know that they have SOP‘s in place for how food is supposed to be made I’ve never had one made like this at a tropical smoothie before and I’m very disappointed. The smoothie was great as always, but they need to do some re-training with their staff on how to properly follow protocols to make food.
