The manager was rude. Rushing us through our order, rolling her eyes if we didn’t move fast enough and shoving the food across the counter at us so we would get out faster. Definitely not a pleasant experience. The rest of the staff was very kind a polite but she ruined the whole thing.

We arrive at 7:47PM and it wasnt anywhere near closing time and we try to open the doors and its locked. I checked what time they close and it says 9PM. We didnt see anyone until we got back to our car. I don’t know what is going on, idk if it’s some sort of day where you guys close early today? But if you’re doing to be lazy, you don’t deserve to work. Thanks

After 6+ months not going to your store, we decided to take a chance and see if we can get 2 sandwiches. What an adventure. Ordered our 2 sandwiches which were identical. The young lady placed my sandwich in a bag and another customers in a second bag. Finally got my second sandwich and it was placed in a bag and we left. Got home and it turns out they put my second sandwich into the bag of the other customer. Went back to store but called ahead so they could ha e it ready by the time I got there. I saw as the were wrapping it and it had hot peppers on it which I didn’t ask for. They remade the sandwich but left off the onions before toasting it. The fun didn’t Ean for another 10 minutes while they figured out what they were doing. By the time they got it right all three ladies had an attitude towards me. Let’s see if we ever go back again.

Ordered a meatball sub and received stale bread and the smallest meatballs I have ever seen. You should be ashamed, for the sandwich was absolutely disgusting. Another example of how lousy the restaurants are in this town.

Sign on door reads “we are closing at 7pm due to weather” it’s 6:54pm.
As soon as we enter the girl behind the counter informs us that they are
Closing in 5 mins and she can’t or won’t toast anything (they had already turn
off the oven). And we need you to pay by card because “She” has already
counted the drawer. She was totally rude. They were open until 7 we had
5 minutes to order our sandwich and pay! She threw our sandwich together
it was a mess then she past it off to the veggie girl she was very polite.
Customer service is not an easy job!
Miss “Rude” needs to work on her people skills.

Twice now, one of the girls working nights, such as tonight 6/18/2022 was rude, barely made good sandwiches, wanted to charge twice as much for extra guacamole because she was obviously annoyed because they were closing in 5 minutes. Not the first time. If these employees are working nights and being paid, the customer should be treated with respect, not getting crapy sandwiches and told rudely.” We are closing in 5 minutes”.
