– it’s was a great little stop by after I did my taxes. There was a Hispanic woman taking my order; she got kinda frustrated because she didn’t understand me; I should’ve been he kne to get upset but I didn’t. I let her take her time and constantly repeated my order almost 15 times. Eventually she got it, && the staff made it quickly ad well.
They should work together as a team, && not leave the person that needs help alone. I saw she tried to ask the manager for help, but that woman just walked away and I think that’s why the woman taking my order was frustrated.
Overall, I’ll go bake to Wendy’s restaurants, just not that one.

This Wendy’s serves good burgers and fries. The burgers are fresh, and the fries are hot. That’s what I love about it.
When ordering with a coupon code, make sure you mention what the item is. Otherwise, the order taker asks you to tell her what you want. Then, she would apply the discount at the drive-thru window after giving her the cutout coupon. It was the Hispanic lady manager I dealt with today while training her employees. Based on what I’ve observed, three of them are learning to ring up the orders at the first window to pass out the food at the second window. The manager was pacing back and forth between the two windows and gave instructions to them in Spanish. It’s good to see that, and I know it’s a lot of work for her. So, be sure to do the best you can to help out. I was used to the other way (below), but I’m learning.
The other way:
I’m used to just giving the coupon code at the intercom (drive-thru), and then the order taker would enter the code and tell me the items I’m ordering on that code. This place is a bit different because the employees are getting trained to get familiar with the food items and not the code. The manager told me that she’s dealing with 50+ codes, and she doesn’t know what they all are. That’s a lot of coupon codes. Some places ring the non-discounted price if you don’t mention the code first. This place is unique and noted.
If you’re in the Supermall area in Auburn, this is one of the fast-food restaurants in that area. You got Wendy’s, McDonald’s, and Burger King. Plus, Red Robin is there as well.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had. I had the guy at the window dismiss me and when I went in to let the manager know he was just as rude. Called me a liar and said he seen everything. I asked for his name and he said he didn’t have to give me his name and “your good” was his response.
All I wanted was a four piece tender, i didn’t order a side order of attitude. I even paid the lil .55 cents for my extra bbq sauce.
I won’t be back to this Wendy’s or any other one for that matter.

Going through the drive through tonight i get asked to round up to donate my change. I decline and get attitude from thw drive through employee. Pull up to the window and i am given less change than what i am owed. And again drive through employee gives me more attitude!

Ordered food. Arrived cold, melted and with pine needles in my frosty. $70 order and was offered a $10 credit for the inconvenience. Probably a doordash issue but the review still falls on the store because you cant review doordash.

Employee got order wrong , she repeated the order right but when received the order wrong , no cups for drinks n ranch which was on receipt.
