I had to wait for a bit while my car was in the shop, so I chilled here. I really enjoyed myself at this Starbucks location. It was clean, and the service was exceptional. Everyone was super friendly and happy to help. They got my order right. I especially loved the new pistachio chocolate loaf. That is amazing and should definitely be a main stay on the menu.

Another 30 minute plus wait at this location. My daughter has just stopped going to this one. This will likely be my last trip. If you’re looking for an mediocre at best Starbucks experience, this is your place.

EDIT 50 minutes to get an order. The latte was the wrong size, smaller not grande and the wrong flavor. Not even mediocre this last visit here. Protip use another location in this area.

ABSOLUTELY have to review this place. I literally NEVER go to Starbucks, but yesterday (10/30/25) was cold and blustery and I needed something to warm my bones. Stopped in after a Walmart run and had to go inside because I honestly dont know how to order, and I don’t like coffee, so I wanted hot tea. I just didn’t know WHAT hot tea to get. I originally said the London Fog Latte, but after explaining to the GORGEOUS young lady at the counter what I was looking for, she suggested the Chai Tea Latte, with Cinnamon Dolce syrup and extra foam. It was INCREDIBLE. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. I wish I’d remembered to get her name, but she was very young, had on the most incredible BRIGHT PINK blush, and stunning, glowy skin. She complimented the Christmas pajamas I was wearing and she was SO INCREDIBLY patient and helpful. The service was quick and the other young lady who made my drink was so sweet and friendly. The actual restaurant was SPOTLESS and they had great music playing. It definitely made me want to visit again, and I’m thinking of going back today to treat myself again. Wonderful experience, 5 stars!!

An Unexpected Experience (Visited 5/11/25 at 10:00 AM)
An interesting visit. I’ve experienced many Starbucks locations across various states and settings. This marked my first visit to a standalone café in Georgia in over two years, after mostly visiting in-store kiosks inside grocery stores.

Service showed little enthusiasm. Baristas stayed occupied, speaking with one another. Orders were placed on the counter for pickup. Letter markers seemed to correspond with customer names, yet drinks were scattered in unmarked areas. A name was called out so softly it was barely audible, even as I stood directly in front of the counter.

The space felt off. Possibly due to layout issues or excessive window light. The overall atmosphere lacked a welcoming vibe.

Next time, I will choose the drive-thru at this location.

Carlos and Hannah are amongst the rudest employees that I’ve ever experienced in any restaurant. Nothing like spending $20 on coffee and getting pure attitude at 8:00 in the morning. Customer service is definitely not their strong suit and they should find something else to do for a living. I definitely will not be back at this location

It was a cold night in Atlanta and wanted something warm to drink but needed a location that was taking online mobile orders since my drink has a lot of customizations – this location was 9 mins in the opposite direction but I still went. Contrary to some of the reviews my drink was actually really good and didn’t take long to make. This was my first time here and I’ll be back whenever I’m in the area.

Regarding the service I received today, April 28, 2025, at approximately 1:30 PM. I stopped by this location to complete some paperwork and enjoy a coffee; however, my experience was once again disappointing.

Each time I visit this café, I notice I am never greeted with the standard “Welcome in” that other patrons routinely receive. Unfortunately, today was no exception, despite the store not being busy at the time.

In addition, I needed a seat near an outlet, and the only available table along the wall was dirty. I approached the barista and politely asked if someone could clean it. She responded, “Let me go see if we have sanitizer,” and upon her return, handed me a wet rag with sanitizer, instructing me to clean the table myself and return the cloth afterward. While I wiped the table to have a clean workspace, this approach felt unprofessional and dismissive.

To make matters worse, when I received my drink, there was a sad face drawn on the cup — something I found highly inappropriate given the already subpar service.

Overall, this experience reflects a broader decline in customer service that I have observed across several Starbucks locations recently. It is disappointing to see such a reputable brand falling short of its own service standards. After using my final free reward, I am strongly considering closing my account.

I hope you take this feedback seriously, as it highlights a growing concern that deserves attention.

Busy Starbucks. The service was quick and they prepared our coffee correctly but me and my wife use mobile order for coffee and we bring our own personal cup. She gets a coffee every day with a personal cup and we always mobile order it, but this is one of the only Starbucks I have been too in the Paulding/Cobb area that doesn’t prepare the personal cup mobile order in one of the big flasks. We typically just order and they will pour it into the personal cup from the flask when you show up but at this Starbucks, on 2 occasions, we have had to bring the personal cup to them before they prepare the drink, though we put in for a mobile order. We weren’t in a rush so it’s fine but I don’t understand why all the other Starbucks we have been to use the flask and this one doesn’t? Other than that, the staff is polite and works hard!

I placed an online order, which I sent a coworker to pick up along with several other peoples items. My name was never called and on the app they put that it was ready to go. When she asked about my drink the lady told her “ yeah we don’t have that item so she will have to come in for a refund if she wants”. I called the store bc I’m obviously at work. The lady I spoke to did not care and told me to either come in or call customer care. Why my card was even charged if they weren’t going to fill my order? I don’t know. Why I didn’t get some kind of notification that it couldn’t be processed or they didn’t have the item? I also don’t know. But after 20 minutes on the phone with customer service for a refund, I’m mad. I will definitely not be ordering from this location again. They have the worst customer service. (No photo bc I didn’t actually get a drink)
