Even though the staff here is short handed, they do a great job! Great customer service and delicious hot food. It’s great to walk in order your food at the counter with an actual human being not a kiosk! Definitely will be back here when I’m craving delicious fried chicken!

It’s strange how everybody has different experiences for every restaurant nowadays good or bad. I’ve noticed all the one star reviews, but I gotta say I experience eating in this Popeyes location has been excellent. Great service well portion food seems like they wanna feed me. I must’ve looked hungry. Also location is immaculate must be new food was neatly put together how much more I can say other than thank you let’s keep it going.

Had the nerve to serve me red beans and HARD INEDIBLE rice. I take the 15 N home to Victorville and noticed after I got on the freeway. I had to drive all the way to Cleghorn just to get off and back on to return the inedible food. Serving people such food is wrong and unprofessional. Wasted time, energy and gas. Edit: The manager was very nice and professional. Rectified the situation wonderfully. I added a star because of her.

It was such a bad experience of fast food ordering in a rainy day. Since when it takes more than an hour to get just 3 pieces of tenders and 6 boneless wings while I had already pushed online order? The chicken was done for a long time and became cold when I got them. The drive-thru line was ridiculously long and I came to the pickup window begging to pick up my food while getting my Tesla charge. Guess what? The staff said NO, I wouldnt be able to get the food unless I drive my car to the window?!? There were 2 gentlemen in the line were also complaining about the waiting time and them not getting food.
If they cannot take too many orders due to understaff during holidays, please just limit the orders. If they are willing to open the store in these days, please treat customers right. And also, please be flexible and dont treat people without cars like criminals!!! I barely post negative reviews for fast food chains but this one is unbearable.

Ridiculous that I have to order mash potatoes with gravy just so that cup can be filled to the top, I been to other popeyes and gotten way more mash potatoes than this. Never coming here again, Ridiculous paying money and not getting what I paid for. I got more Mac and cheese than mash potatoes.

I’m not sure if they double-dipped my food in the fryer or just wrestled a seal for it, but it was soaking wet. The fries were a bit cold but did the job, and the biscuit was a flawless, buttery hero. I still ate it all, of course; hunger is a powerful motivator. I think my cholesterol levels just went up by 50 points, but it was okay

I got diarrhea after I ate chicken sandwich and fries. The cashier made my sandwich after taking my order. I don’t know if she washed her hands or not. The chicken was dry and looks like it’s been sitting under the heater. Disgusting food.
